Great window views if there are no cruise ships in town. If they are then that is what you'll be looking at, very large cruise (they dock right in front of hotel). They also increase the towns population tremendously. We were lucky. Still an excellent hotel in a wonderful location.

Very friendly, comfortable, scenic hotel - part of other Samaina hotels in the area including Samaina Inn and Samaina Bay (closed?). Whenever I needed something, staff at the Samaina Inn were very happy to help. This Samaina Port Hotel sees all the ferry traffic coming in and out of Karlovasi, about a mile from the town center. Has a balcony with an ocean view from all rooms.

Nice quiet Hotel, located in center of Kusadasi, near port and lots of places to eat. The hotel had good breakfast and manager and staff were very friendly. The only funny thing was bathroom ceiling, it was just weird, they need to fix it.

Great, Beautiful View of Harbor ask for 3rd floor or above for view, Room 301 good choice. Pool faces harbor too! Convenient to harbor waterfront for restaurants, shops, strolling. When you check in ask for everything you need to know: air conditioning operation, internet password, etc. - there are no intercom phones in room - it's a walk down steps to front desk. We did not see a restaurant and we were not offered breakfast, not a big deal to us. All that said, the owner is very nice and accommodating.

A very fine hotel with a beautiful swimming pool in view of the picturesque town of Kokkari. A nice restaurant with a sumptuous breakfast buffet. Hotel staff very cordial and helpful. Located off the road and a little hard to find at first, but well worth the search.

We stayed in the bungalows. Architecturally very picturesque. What detracted from a 5 star hotel was the following: 1) rooms were clean; but maids would... make enough noise on the floor above you to wake you up at 8:30; we had acquired excess towels from front desk/house keeping and the maids removed them; and there was broken glass on our patio when we arrived. I called the front desk. I finally got the glass removed the next day by showing it to the maids. 2) no conditioner, only shampoo. 3) The beach is full of stationary wooden umbrellas. They charge $3/day per person to sit under an umbrella. 4) Food beyond breakfast is the level of a cafeteria. 5) In my reservation I requested a ride to the airport. They told me it was a request and they would not honor it. They arranged for a cab to drive at the cost of 3 times the meter rate. by World Traveler from Washington, DC, USA on 06/16/12

Bra hotell vi har varit där tre gånger. Nära till staden. Synd att det ska bli en ny inrikting nästa år. Det ska bli ett familje hotell blue village hörde jag. Synd för oss som inte har små barn.

Om vi inte hade blivit lovade havsutsikt hade vi inte valt detta hotell. Den utsikten bestod av ett fragment hav flera hundra meter från hotellet där det mesta var skymt av träd. Faktum är att det i stort sett inte fanns några rum med riktig havsutsikt. Alltså falsk marknadsföring. I hotellets broschyr på rummen stod det att stranden till allra största […] delen bestod av sand och bara små inslag av småsten. Det förhöll sig precis tvärtom. Dålig stil att ljuga om dessa två saker. På ett så här dyrt hotell borde fritidsaktiviteter vara gratis. Att spela tennis en timme kostade 150:- och att få disponera en liten fotbollsplan 100:-/tim. Bordtennis var gratis, kanske inte så konstigt med totalt nerslitna racketar. Minigolfen också gratis, men underhållet starkt eftersatt. Att ta 50:- om dagen för wifi-kod är direkt dåligt. Kanske en trend eftersom allt i Grekland har blivit extremt dyrt. Read more
