This is the second time I stay at this hotel. The first time was perfect, but this time when I arrived to check in, it took the front desk staff about 30 minutes to check me in. The problem was that they could see my reservation but not my payment. They had me log into my account and email them (twice) my receipt. The next day when I came back to the […] hotel from lunch, my key card didn't work. I went back to the front desk and I was told I had only paid for one night. I was got upset and told the lady that I had already confirmed my payment with the staff person that was working the night before. She re-set my card and sent me on my way. The facilities need updating urgently. Our room smelled bad and the carpet looked filthy. I found a used bag of coffee in the coffee maker (probably last guest´s ) The TV didn´t work properly ( only about half the channels worked). This hotel needs to have a lot of cosmetic work done. Baseboards were falling, there were holes in the walls that needed to be spackled, and although the rod for the blinds had fallen during our stay and was in plain sight for housekeeping to report to maintenance, it was never fixed.

La habitación del hotel es amplia y cómoda, sin embargo en mi estancia particular el baño sufrió un problema con el techo del mismo, pero me cambiaron de habitación inmediatamente, el restaurante aplicó una nueva politica y ahora hay que pagar por adelantado antes de comer y aunque tengas voucher abierto primero te cuestionan y es incomodo.

El hotel esta en un lugar centrico de buena ubicación, las instalaciones son buenas y como plus es que tienen un gran estacionamiento con vigilancia. La habitación es bastante comoda, el único detalle es que tenía un olor muy fuerte a cigarrillo y yo solicité habitación de No fumar. Fuera de eso la estadía y el servicio fuerón buenos.

el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el trato del personal es bueno, pero los pasillos del hotel huelen demasiado a cigarro, los cuartos estan amplios y las camas son comodas, solo que siempre que reservo en este hotel por medio de hoteles.com he tenido problemas con mi registro, me ha pasado dos veces en menos de diez dias.

Llegamos y no tenían nuestra reservación, tuve que ir a una computadora a mostrarles la reservación e imprimirla. Era domingo en la noche y no había servicio de restaurante. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque la que nos dieron originalmente olía mal y tenía un chicle pegado en el piso del baño. El desayuno que ofrecen es muy precario.

El hotel está en remodelación, sobre todo en exteriores, pero no por eso las habitaciones debieran dejar de estar limpias; baños sucios, camas incómodas, mal servicio en restaurant al momento de cobrar, no sirve la terminal y hay que pagar en efectivo... desafortunada elección, primera y última visita.
