Vista Cay Resort by Millenium - Orlando

It was perfect! This is my third stay at Vista Cay I love this area close to every thing, parks, Public supermarket is around the coner, walgreens too.. it is near I drive were all the restaurants are, close to florida mall... Love it!! Very quiet area too. Will definatly stay again!!

We loved the spacious rooms and location close to the Orange County Convention Center. The beds were ok as far as comfort. We were in Orlando for business. The condo was spacious, clean and perfect for us. We would have liked to have our condo closer to the clubhouse where we met our trade show bus each day. We would definately stay again.

We have stayed here twice now and will definitely be coming back. We have two children, so having two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms works great for getting ready quickly in the morning. The rooms are nicely appointed and the location is in the heart of all the local attractions.

Overall a good condo rental experience. However one unpleasant item to report would be that at checkin and into the 2nd day there was a lage amount of garbage stacked right outside the front door of the unit. Probably an oversight but non the less very undesirable to check-in to and return to a unit with such an eyesore....

Great location, nice amenities. Only complaints were who thinly the walls were built so you could hear everything outside or in another room, and the beds were quite uncomfortable compared to a hotel. Everything else was great.

Our room (3 bedroom luxury condo) was generally ok, but the sofas in the room were so dirty and worn we could not use them. In addition the kitchen was poorly equipped and the condo generally felt tired. We notified the management who moved us to a new room immediately. Very nice place to stay with my family of six. We were gone a lot so we did not use all of their amenities but the pool was great! One window in our girls room would not lock and the staff sent someone out the next day to fix it. They also offered to patrol our area more frequently overnight. Everything was wonderful! We were upgraded to an Executive Town House, which was more than we expected. Having stayed at resorts for many years. We were pleasantly suprised. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. About an hour after we settled in we got a call from the Front Desk, asking if everything was ok. We complaind that we were unable […] to adjust the blinds. Within minutes maintenance was there and fixed the problem. We also found that the DVR was not working, again Maintenance was there in less than 20 minutes with a new DVR and this was during the Christmas Holiday. I look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a stress free stay. The unit had pictures in every space, we found that a bit overdone. But all in all this was 5 star a resort. My husband had medical needs and supplies were delivered to the Club house and was waiting when we arrived.This was a 5 star restort all the way! Read more

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to international but far enough away so that you don't have a lot of noise. The pool and spa were great. In florida during the day most pools get hot, their pool was cool all day. We had six adults in one hotel room. It was comfortable. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff there were very helpful.

If you're a business traveler, then you will find this hotel inconvenient and not very attentive to your needs. The staff are friendly, but since they support a group of condos there is only so much that they can do to help. Also, I got put into the wrong room and then had to move. Then no internet without a service call. Also, they charge $75 for "cleaning" […] in advance. Bottom line, if you're a business traveler, stick with the hotel chains you trust. But if you're a family on vacation (and you don't mind being next to the convention center) then it's got a nice pool and the units feel like (a nice) condo. Read more

Wonderful place. I paid less than most hotels in the area and I got a 2 bedroom apartment complete with full kitchen and washer/dryer. I liked that there is no daily cleaner. I do not have my house cleaned everyday so I do not need my vacation place re-cleaned. The only think I did not like is the use of number pads for access to the apartments. I […] doubt they change the number every change of guess and it made me a little uncomfortable. Nothing happened but I just did not like it. Wonderful large space for any size group. Our condo had 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths for less than a hotel room and that included a living space and laundry. Minutes from Universal and a short drive to Disney. Grocery store next door!

Place is nice just not as close to the action as you might like it. If going to Universal, your ok but otherwise not as close. Also, this is a gated community and to get out and into the pool etc, clubhouse anywhere on site you need a code or pass key. At times felt like a Fort Knocks. However, clean and very nice rooms.

Nice location, clean grounds. This is not a resort by any means. The units are owened or rent in short or long terms,whatever its left they will put on expedia. Apt is great, if u get the town houses you will have more privacy and silence. Gym sucks, old equipments and ac won't work. There is a nice trek out side but I dare you to go jogging outside […] when is 6 am and 80'degrees. No cleaning service during your stay, we have to pay 75 bucks but they will only clean when you leave for good. I would stay there again but I wish j knew all that before going. Read more

Everything about Vista Cay was great from check-in to check-out. I booked a deluxe 3 bed 2 bath condo, when I arrived I was given a 3 bed 3 1/2 bath townhome with garage. It was great, only 2 nights , 3 days but cought not have been happier with experience. Will try to stay at Vista Cay on my next visit.

The living room area was a little small and cramped. Overall it was fairly clean but there were a few cobwebs on the ceiling and the vertical blinds. The pools were great. Especially loved the children's pool.

We were late arriving to the resort, but we were greeted by two very pleasent membrane of the staff. They explained everything to us, indicated that they were upgrading our room and could not have been more helpful. Throughtout our stay, everyone was more than accomodating. Our family of five stayed in a 3 bdrm townhouse and had plenty of room to spread out over the three floors of living space. It was clean and updated. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Vista Cay is located in an ideal area. We would definitely stay here again. Our teens loved it!

The condo was nice. We were off in a separate area with only 4 buildings and it was, for the most part, very quiet. We were there during Spring break and there were college students renting another unit close by that got noisy at night. The private pool for the 4 buildings wasn't heated so we didn't use that. We initially requested a one bedroom unit […] but they were all full when we arrived so we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit. VERY spacious !!! The units are privately owned and ours was clean and adequaetly stocked with dishes. The resort is only a couple miles from Sea World, 3 miles from Universal and about 10 from Disney. We liked not being in a busy area but still close to the attractions. There is also a full service grocery store right outside the gates that we walked to for supplies. There is a conceirge from Expedia in the main lobby to help decide on what to do and obtain advance tickets. We would consider staying here again. Read more

Overpriced for what it was. The $75 cleaning fee seems a ploy at extracting or nickel and dining the guest for services that just don't occur. The rooms had no blankets on the bed...only the bedspreads, which as in most hotels are infrequently if ever changed...very gross. The pillows were too few...and there was no daily cleaning. Our unit was fine […] but did have some minor, carpet stains, wall scuffs, failing caulking, dented walls and doors...and the light over the address on the driveway was out. Poor amenities such as soaps, shampoos etc. did not improve the experience. Not a good bargain for the price. Read more
