Good pricing buying it threw Hotel.com, Rooms are nice 1 of the chairs in room needs to be replace, could use a refrigerator and microwave in room.

Hotel was very nice, similar to what you would expect with most Hampton Inns. All staff were very nice. Breakfast had a wide range of options and changed from day-to-day. The only "problem" we had, per se, was that the washer/dryer started smoking and set off the fire alarms. Hampton Inn is our choice no matter where we go. It's the best value going. The only negatives on this stay were the false fire alarm and the crowd at breakfast. Management could have printed some sort of apology and slid it under the door for the false alarm. The Hampton was beautifully appointed! Beds are extremely comfortable! Breakfast was great with a good variety of food. The front desk staff and maids were very friendly and gave excellent service!! They made us very comfortable on our stay! Would definately stay again without hesitation!!

Nice hotel for the price. Good variety including hot breakfast, which was included. Staff was friendly. Had a passable workout room. Only caution is that it is near the clearwater airport and there is some noise. Its not close to the beaches either. Takes 20 to 30 minutes to drive to nearest beach based on traffic. Overall, happy with the choice.

A little over priced for the area Sleep Inn across the street is just as nice and way better priced. Front desk clerk's are not very friendly even rude at times. ..I would say save money go across the street same type of stay better rate. With friendly staff had others in group stay there with better amenities

Lucky we were heading home early the next morning, because we hardly got any sleep due to the noise of the HVAC unit. Finally had to turn it off completely. Sheets seemed to be old or used before without washing and bed wasn't solid--felt like we were rolling off the bed when we turned over. Rest of room and hotel OK.

I never take time to fill out these types of surveys but for this hotel I feel like I need to. To start, before we booked the hotel, we were told they had hotel transportation from 7am to 7pm 7 days per week. When we arrived from the airport and called to see where the shuttle service would pick up, we were told the shuttle stops everyday at 3pm and […] that we would have to take a cab. I asked if the hotel could call a cab for us and they would only give us the number. We were upset but ended up taking a cab from the airport (PIE in Clearwater). Upon our arrival, the hotel was in the process of a complete renovation of the first floor. The entire floor was stripped to concrete and all the walls were stripped as well. There was dust everywhere. It was a total mess and in the morning, we almost ran our luggage into a few paint buckets trying to get from the elevator to the front desk because the construction workers were wall over the place. When we arrived at the desk at 10am to take the shuttle back to the airport, we were told there is no shuttle on the weekends and that the gentleman at the front desk was the only person on staff. We specifically rented this room because of the shuttle service to and from the airport and we ended up spending additional money in the long run. I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. It was clean, quiet (the most quiet in room heater/AC unit of any place I have stayed). The room was spacious and the overall experience made for two quality nights of sleep!

Very clean. Staff was amazing and check in was a breeze. Breakfast was good. Beds were nice and comfy. About 20 mins from Clearwater Beach but so worth the drive. I travel alot so I see alot of dirty hotels.. this is not one of them. I will definitely stay here again.

The Friday staff went out of their way to help us, making dinner reservations for us when we arrived. When I had problems with the shower, someone was at our room in less than 5 minutes to fix. The Sat woman at the desk really didn't know too much, unhelpful. The lounge for breakfast was standard though very large. The noise from the A/C was deafening. […] Recommend you fix that. Hotel was great. I stayed ther for the convenience of location to airport and their shuttle service. however, after checking in I was told the shuttle service was not available. My flight was at 6am. Their services begins at 7am. Need to have it be more accommodating for guests.
