We were more than satisfied with all aspects of our stay here, and we would definitely recommend the hotel to others. And the breakfast was the best in our 5 weeks in Vietnam.

was a bit disappointed considering other reviews. location wise, the hotel is a short walk away from the busiest streets, but to be perfectly honnest, the walk seems not so short with the hot weather, when we arrived we were brought to a room with 2 single beds instead of a king as per reservation, and when asked why we were just told that the hotel […] was full (with a big smile!) then after a bit of insisting they found a free room with garden views, on 4th floor. the breakfast is good not great, and so are the rooms. It feels like the hotel is trying to hard to be a solid 3-stars and hasn't secured the basics: for example, they have put those jacuzzi-like baths in each room, but haven't got the necessary amount of water pressure on 4th floor, so there was little water, and almost no hot water. still - you get good overall value for money so you can give it a shot, just insist not to be on the 4th floor, and don't bother paying extra for the garden view, which isn't worth it. for example we had a room on the 4th floor because Read more

The hotel was great, but most of the staff did not speak and english. Other than that the hotel was clean and nice. The outdoor pool area needs a fair bit of work, it has a lot of potential and could be a really nice place.

The staff showed no enthusiasm for their work - except for the young woman serving the breakfast alone in the dining area who was very pleasant. Our room had a gap between the panels in the door and anyone in the hall could see right through it to the bed. There were no electrical power points in the room to charge the laptop - so I had to use the one […] in the bathroom that was there for the hair dryer. The shower was part of a spa tub which was difficult to climb into and out of and potentially dangerous if the step was wet since there was no handrail. The staff were excellent particularly the receptionist who was pleasant and had good English. The room was cleaned well. The breakfast was excellent and pleasantly poolside. The hotel is in a quiet situation, a short walk from the town.The PCs in reception were a bit clunky but adequate. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel located walking distance from most things in Hoi An town. Hire of pushbikes will get ya to the beach in 20 minutes.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Long Life at Hoi An. The service was excellent from the minute we were picked up at Danang airport. The breakfast was one of the very best we had in all of Vietnam. Highly recommend this safe, quiet and charming little hotel.

Værelset var ok men beskidt i krogene. Køleskabet virkede ikke. Dårligt tv signal og ubrugeligt internet der stort set var nede hele tiden. Der var ikke dækning på værelset men skulle ud på gangen. Rengøring af værelset blev foretaget sidst på dagen. Omgivelserne og møbler ved poolen meget nedslidte. Indeed, it is a good spot, and they have a nice pool as well as a nice breakfast. But the conditions of the garden in general, of course, it might be off season, but the pictures doesn't look nearly alike the real thing. This place could definitely do from some renovation. But now, quite shabby. Nice staff, though.

よかった点： ・旧市街まで徒歩5分でアクセスは申し分なし ・ダブルベッド部屋は清潔で、広さは十分 ・スタッフがフレンドリーで、融通も利く ・部屋まで無線LANが届き、ストレスありませんでした（玄関にも無料ＰＣあり） ・ビュッフェ形式の朝食はまぁまぁ 悪かった点： ・道路に面した部屋で、朝方バイクの音で目が覚める ・ジャグジー付風呂なのに、栓やボタンが壊れてて機能してない ・連泊しても部屋が掃除されない。タオル交換してほしかった

少し古いですがシンツーリスト近くの安価なリゾートホテルです。朝食はバイキング。部屋は広く家族でも滞在できます。リバーサイドにも姉妹ホテルとシルクのお店があるようです。古い街並みには徒歩１０分。地元の生活圏なので長期滞在にも便利そうです。

Wir hatten das Hotel gewählt, weil es im Marco Polo Reiseführer als "Insidertipp" aufgeführt war. Leider ist das Hotel etwas heruntergekommen. Unser Zimmer war ok, das Frühstück auch (endlich mal guter Kaffee), das Personal sehr freundlich und zu Fuß war man innerhalb von 10 min in der Altstadt. Als top Insidertipp würde ich es nicht bezeichnen, aber […] für 1-2 Nächte ist es ganz ok, wenn man nicht zu anspruchsvoll ist. Im allgemeinen war die Sauberkeit nicht so der toll. Das Badezimmer voller Stockflecken, die Matratzen duchgescheuert. Bei der Ankunft lag etwas Putz auf der Treppe, welches ich nach 7 Tagen im Hotel dann auch noch bei der Abreise begrüßen konnte. Absolut gar nicht ging das Frühstück. Mehr wie 6 Gäste auf einmal und schon war man (besser gesagt die […] eine Frau) total überfordert. Entweder fehlten Tasse, oder Messer, oder der Tisch wurde nicht abgeräumt..... Hoi An war unsere erste Station in Vietnam. Das Hotel liegt leider doch etwas weiter vom Zentrum der kleinen Stadt entfernt (ca. 15-20 Minuten Fußweg), als wir erwartet hatten. Unser Zimmer ging unmittelbar von der Hotelhalle ab, so dass wir jedes Gespräch an der Rezeption aus verfolgen konnten. Unsere Bitte um ein anderes, ruhigeres Zimmer wurde abschlägig […] beschieden, weil wir "nur" ein "Deluxe"-Zimmer gebucht hatten. Glücklicher Weise wurde es am späten Abend ruhig. We stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotelin Hoi-an. The location is good as it is only 10 minutes walking from the city center. The rooms are nicely decorated (boutique stile) and the bathroom very large and well equiped. A good mosquito net was also available.
