Good hotel, very close to airport..A bit far from the city, so keep that in mind. Perfect if you have a one day layover. Restaurant VERY expensive.Definately recommend.

Reserved a "Superior" King bed room, was upgraded at check in (~7pm) to a "Delux" 2 single beds. I do not know what made the room "Delux", definitely not the cleanliness.

this is not only a good hotel for those needing a few hours rest before the next flight, but I would guess is also a good hotel if you had to stay a few days (although I can't say anything about how far is from the city--but they do offer shuttle to and back the city).

Very good option, if a stay at Guangzhou airport is necessary (late arrival or early departure). Walking distance from the Terminals, and very quiet, although between the runways. Spent my second night here, and I will come again, if necessary.

GREAT....after a 12hour flight from LA we arrived very sleepy and in need for a shower. It was only 6.30am and check in was 2pm. Seeing we were flying out again at 10pm we thought we would see if there was anyway we could have a early check-in. THANK-YOU...you allowed us to go up to our room that early. We flew into Guangzhou at 10pm and stayed at Pullman Hotel. The hotel looked like it had been recently renovated. Rooms were large and comfy. Location was unbeatable! Subway into the city center area was very close by. Restaurant at hotel had very good food as well. would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Baiyun airport in Guangzou. What a great choice. There is a designated walkway directly to the terminal from the airport. It was so easy and convenient. Comfortable, clean rooms with very friendly English-speaking staff. Literally 2 minutes walk from the airport. My only complaint is that the walls between rooms seem to be extraordinarily thin, so if you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs. Doors opening and shutting, TV, and normal-volume conversations interrupted my sleep.

I think it's a good place to stay for people who are transiting in Guangzhou. The hotel is just across the street from the airport. It is however far from the downtown area. Nevertheless, there is a train station at the airport which connects to the city and many attractions.

Bugs everywhere in the lobby. Got note in room that they were spraying for bugs as well. Restaurant and bar were out of most things on the menu. Tried to work with hotel staff on fixing problems but they could not understand English. The worst wifi system service in a hotel ever. Every person I talked too in the hotel had the same issues. Great hotel and could not be any more convenient to being at the airport. It was about 250 meters from the terminal building. There are no signs to direct to how to get there from within the terminal so ask for help at the help desks (as we did). No issues finding it after that. Rooms are quiet.

Actually a quick walk from the terminal to the hotel if you have an early or a late flight this is the place to be. Great spa. Reasonable gym. Good breakfast buffet. Two down sides- Outdoor pool looks great but is not heated so you can't use it The food in the restaurant was extremely poor in spite of all the hype.
