The hotel is not new, but it looks like it has been renovated in parts. We had a standard room- furniture was quite old, however bathroom has been renovated. In our reservation breakfast was included- it was good and one could eat either Asian or European food. The room here was fine but the hotel corridors are pretty shabby.... carpets are stained and walls need a lick of paint. The lobby of this hotel was perpetually filled with people and their luggage making the journey through this area somewhat of an ordeal. The reception staff were rude when I checked out, accusing me of both drinking a can of lager […] that I hadn't and stealing their laundry bag! It was a comfortable room .non smoking. Staff courteous and friendly. Quiet location and central to town and transposrt for the airport. It is also situated among top name hotels i.e Central Park. Walk 15minutes to the train station for the airport train. The only thing I can suggest the hall ways carpets looked dull and frayed. And, some splash of […] paint in the throughfare areas. A cheap, comfortable hotel but not close to any of the main attractions, local street food stalls/restaurants or the BTS (Sky Train) or the underground train system. Having said that taxis are very cheap and you can get to most attractions for around 100 Baht roughly £2).

The worst thing about this hotel is the quality of the workmanship in maintaining the hotel, namely the shower rose and gap-filling in and around the bath room. Sure, it did not effect the comfort while staying there, but it does look ugly. The second thing is the location of the Air-Cond relative to where the bed is. The cool air just did not circulate […] enough into the bedding area. Whereas, just a few steps away would make it too cold. These could be just the particular room we were in. 我们做BTS在胜利碑下的车，然后问BTS工作人员，说应该在怕亚泰下来，我想算了，直接在胜利碑下来700米就打车吧，结果兜了我们20分钟，虽然最后只收了100泰铢，但心情很差，因为兜到很偏僻的地方了。但第二天我们出发前往华欣，因为直接打听好有长途汽车，门口TUTU车的司机会建议你打车去，2000泰铢，但实际长途汽车才180泰铢。我们说我们还是座TUTU车去车站吧，他就不肯载我们了，太坏了。酒店很一般，感觉和国内锦江之星差不多，酒店大堂可以上网,酒店附近还有个环境很好的公园，路边摊东西很好吃，而且去7-11也很方便

大致合格, 洗澡熱水極不穩定, 好像天天要冷水洗澡. 另外, 自助早餐款式不多, 很多印度團體入住, 在酒店內, 好像去了小印度.

入住第2天冷氣機滴水,洗手間地上又有沐浴室滲出來的水,很不舒服. 不過,酒店員工的服務整體態度不錯. 去年有免費的上網服務(Wifi),現在只有在lobby才有免費的wifi,若是房間要用,就要另外付錢.

Je savais cet hôtel sur un axe routier bruyant et avais demandé une chambre coté sud. On m'a attribué une chambre coté nord et calme. Cet all seasons s’apprête a passer ibis style ou a un concurrent...Le personnel est très courtois. Il est vrai que cet établissement est envahi de touristes asiatiques très bruyants qui voyagent en groupe... Cet hôtel […] est situé a deux pas de Victory Monument (dont les lignes de bis desservent directement l'aéroport de Don Muang) et a trois pas de la station du city line qui dessert l'aéroport international de Bangkok très pratique donc. 真係好抵住囉~房間整齊潔淨~雖然唔係好大~但係要有既野佢都有齊~只係無牙刷牙膏~記得自己帶呀~不過係7仔買都係好平姐~夜晚只係有少少街聲~唔算噪~要講都係水溫問題~唔係恆溫姐!!沖涼會麻煩少少~地理位置尚可~附近有便利店~酒店門口係巴士站~但係行去bigC就要成20~25分鐘路程~總結今次呢個trip係好好玩~酒店我都幾滿意既~~!!^^

The overall impression and satifactory is okay. However, no continueous hot water inside the bathroom even we asked for help after 2 times. It jumped back to normal status but after a night or so, the hot water was gone again. What's more, the water at the shower tub is too weak. In fact, staff were all helpful and nice to answer questions.

They are helpful and nice, in general. The frontdesk took our call to arrange for the free tuk-tuk to the DutyFree and asked us to wait for 20 min. After 25 min, we checked with them. Nothing is arranged and they explained that the hotline is busy. Then they arranged again but it would take another 15 min. We were angry becos time was wasted.
