The hotel is located about 500 metres off the main road down a side-street , so not in the best of positions (though quiet enough) and is in need of a serious face-lift. That being said, it is fantastic value for what so little we paid for a double room with buffet breakfast for both of us. I'm sick of staying in so-called four and five-star hotels when the sinks don't drain and shower is hopeless. If you just need a no-frills place to drop fot the night, this hotel has all you need including 24-hour food service and atttentive and efficient doormen. As a single woman taraveling alone I enjoyed this hotel very much and felt safe and comfortable Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is simple but comfortable and breakfast is great with fresh fruits everyday! Its location is away from the main tourist are of Sukhumvit (20 mins by taxi). Its main transportation during the day are these canal boats […] $.75 for one way and they take you into the main areas of town where you can then find the train and subway stations. At night the only mean of transportation back to the hotel is by taxi, make sure they have meeters. From Sukhumvit Asok station it costs around $100 Baht. There is a mall next to the hotel, great for food, shopping and it has an entire floor with spas and massage parlors. $160 baht for 1hr of reflexology. ! Read more

This is my second stay at this hotel. I think they are starting to provide better services. They gave me a welcome drink and a bellboy to carry my stuff to my room which I didn't get any of the services above in my last stay. The room looked a little bit older than the one I was staying at the last time and I think they need to fix the shower head […] because it didn't make a " shower " . It was more like a pouring water. I still wish they would offer free internet in room in the future though. I did talk to the ( I guess ) manager of the day on my arrival date that they still had a contract with one ISP so right now they could only give free internet at the lobby and in other open areas like swimming pool. Overall I think this hotel is very nice with friendly stuff and good location. The room is pretty clean and new. It's absolutely worth the money paid. Read more

Room was very small. Bed was too close to ground. No place to set 5 suitcases except for on the floor. Breakfast buffet was basic Thai hotel fare - mostly Thai food, some western, all cold. But it sure beats the food on the street at 6:30 am. And it was included in room price, so no huge complaint other than it was mediocre. We had a non-smoking room […] on a non-smoking floor, but we could smell cigarrettes all the time, especially first thing in the morning, when we want to smell it least. Overall, not a great place, but for the price, location to Ramkhamhaeng (NOT a toursit area - mostly college students), and knowing just how lousy some hotels costing more can be in Bangkok, I still recommend this place to a friend, student, or missionary. But if you're on holiday, spend the big bucks downtown at a better place. Read more

I liked this hotel as the staff were very friendly. There's a lap pool which is great. We were in a budget room so can't expect much, but it was comfortable enough - minus the pillows which were horrible! The breakfast in the morning is varied and includes Western and Thai foods and the staff were very friendly. It's close to a supermarket/drugstore […] so that was a plus. Wouldn't really recommend it for those looking for nightlife/good eateries as it's a fair way - I would definitely stay around the Siam area in future. Read more

this hotel is spot on apart from the location. i have stayed here quite a few times because it's a nice hotel with friendly staff. it is very clean but could do with some quality maintenance and not the people that think an inch bead of silicon around the shower tray is quality!!!! and cutting in on paint edges are probably done with a sweeping brush!!! […] but having said that, it is clean, the staff are great the downstairs bar is nice and serves lovely fruit coctails with a nice smile. the breakfasts are not great, eggs are always over done, but always plenty of fresh fruit and coffee. like i said i do stay here when in bangkok but sukkhumvit is a good 12 minute taxi drive if no trafik which is only after 10 pm.or weekends but at the rear of the hotel you can take the river boat which only costs 14baht to nana sukkhumvit, and is spot on and only takes about 7minutes although knowing which stop to get off at is guess work as the stops are only written in thai, clever eh? will i stay here again? yes of course i would. large shopping precinct next door, plenty of places to eat, but like i say if your after the night life then it's a taxi ride away at about 80baht, £1.65 at todays rate. nice little outside pool aswell. for the money, you will be hard pushed to find a better hotel!!! and i come to thailand regularly. bon voyage. ken. Showers were not very clean, had mildew. Rooms were alright but beds were rock hard. Air conditioning was nice but turned off when you left the room with your key. Staff was helpful. Not a very convenient location.

It was not a good choice made by me. I had 2 bookings with the hotel. I chose not to have my second stay at the place as it was not good for me. The hotel was over all shabby and require immediate maintenance. The breakfast was not very hygienically presented. But otherwise, the hotel is calm, no other problems, safe and location wise great!

Ramkamhaeng Road is actually very busy and polluted with many hotels near the main road or a bit up in the sois. I choosed All Seasons Hua Mark because I had to attend a wedding at The Islamic Center Of Thailand located at Ramkhamhaeng 2 so locality was very important. Despite a prior stay at The Nasa Vegas Hotel located near the Airport Link station, […] I was already quite unsure about what to expect here as my stay at The Nasa was just to sleep with a tiny room, lousy Tv channels and 25 baht for a bottle of drinking water!... Thankfully, All Seasons was all smiles, bigger area compared to Nasa, 90 Tv channels and counting, comfy bed, hair drier and electric kettle with 2 mugs and spoons provided and wonderful staff.. the breakfast buffet was superb with a vegetarian corner. I only stayed 1 night but I hope to come back again next year. There are smoking rooms and a pool but if one needs a quiet hotel but still with transport options to Central Bangkok, this hotel can do no wrong..Value for money and do get a room facing the tennis courts at Soi 13, it is a bit quieter... 部屋の設備などに老朽化が目立つのは否めないが、清潔にされているので特に問題はなかった。ラムカムヘン、バンカピなどを行動範囲にするなら便利な場所にある。ソイの入り口には大きなショッピングモールがあるし、ちょっと南にあるけば、24時間営業のスーパーもある。ただ、ホテルの場所が、ショッピングモールの軒下を通っていくような感じで、しかも駐車場とごみ収集所の前。なので、夜は人通りがほとんどないのと悪臭がする。プラトゥナーム、バンカピなら運河で直ぐにアクセス可。スクンビットからならエカマイから71番のミニバス1本で行ける。

客室が狭い、隣室のドア開閉音が煩い、天井が低いというNGはあるが、改装後5年ほど経過も適度にメンテをしている。 空港移転後はトランジット・団体客がメインとなり深夜でも騒々しいが、ボイラーが深夜でも稼働しており、早朝にチェックアウトする際も熱いお湯が出る。 禁煙大国から団体さんが多く、禁煙部屋でもヤニ臭あり。 wifi無料は1人1時間とターゲット客（トランジット客がメールチェックで利用）には問題ない。 朝食会場は団体と個人客は別だが、内容にさほど違いはない。 あくまでトランジット用で、ここを拠点に観光云々の人は避けるべき。 船着き場が近くにあり都心への移動も可能だが、川のヘドロ臭が服につきます。 夕方はひどい渋滞。バイク移動は危険。

あまり情報がなかったので使う人のために情報を。最寄駅は2011年にできたばかりのエアポートリンク線の駅で、ホテルからはタクシーで5分ほど（60バーツ）。市街地に行くためには、駅から5分ほどのBTSの乗り換え駅まで乗る（25バーツくらいだったかな？）。合計で市街地まで30分ほどかかる。　しかしながらホテル周辺にはショッピングモールが2つあるし、コンビニも２つ、路上販売などもあり、すべてここで賄うことができる。特にショッピングモールには日本系のお店が盛りだくさんでしゃぶしゃぶやミスドもある。　ホテル自体は中華系の団体客が多くうるさめだが、それを我慢できれば最高の環境。無料のwifiもある。

Malgrès son emplacement un peu éloigné du centre ville je recommande fortement cet hotel car il est trés calme et les chambres sont très propres et bien équipées (machine à café, mini bar, coffre gratuit, bureau...). Pour circuler la journée il y à un bateau qui vous mène au centre en 15 minutes (15 baths) et en soirée le taxi vous coutera maximum 100 […] baths (soit moins de 2,5€). Le buffet du petit dejeuner est excellent avec tous les plats thai inclus, un vrai repas compris dans le tarif de la chambre. A proximité un immense centre commercial avec de nombreux restaurants. アラブ系の宿泊客が雰囲気を悪くしていたのが残念ですが、 ボート乗り場に近く交通渋滞を避けて市内を移動できます。 また、大学も近くにぎやかで活気があります。 デパートも近くにあり徒歩で毎日食事をしに行ってました。 スタッフも微笑みの国タイの印象が有りまた利用してみたいです。

Het hotel bevindt zich in een buitenwijk van Bangkok. Niet alle taxichauffeurs weten het te vinden. Het is wel handig dat je 100m vanaf het hotel in een boot kan stappen en je voor 15 baht in het centrum kan komen, wel goed opletten waar je in en vooral weer uit moet stappen voor de terugreis.
