I stayed in your hotel, one night. It was booked through our corporate office. The front test took my credit card for other charges. The following morning I stood at the front desk, approx. 10 minutes waiting to check out. I left my room key on the front desk as I was late to a meeting. You have no bell to ring for service. When I was checked out later […] that day; the room was charged to my personal account. When I called the next day, Dora answered. She appeared bothered by the need to fix this, stating that I was to have stated this at check out. I did tell her no one was available to do that. I called back the next day stating that the charges were not charged back, she again seemed annoyed, stating she would fax me a document to show that she had completed this transaction and that to reverse the charge takes up to 3 days. Today I called to make sure that it was charged to the corporate account/off my personal account. Her attitude was better. I do not judge a company by one employee’s attitude or a clerical error. Perhaps a bell at the front desk would have eliminated all this. Read more

I was very unhappy with my last stay. I was accused of smoking in my room w/ a letter left on my T.V. then they were going to charge me $300.00 for clenaing. I complained about the smoke smell in my room the first day I checked in. Also, my bags were gone threw. Next time I will stay in a Holiday Inn Express where I can at least eat the breakfest.
