      it served it purpose. for an inexpensive stay...i was impressed. the only things it could improve on: room had double occupancy and there was only one towel, and to me...there could have been an assortment of fruits instead of just papaya....but truly otherwise... it was a nice stay. FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN, AND COMFORTABLE...

      The best experience in Monterrey, Mexico for a business trip. Excellent room, clean, comfortable, big room, only except for the young man in the check in who delay a little when I was the only customer there. And the distance from downtown is an additional problem if you have not a car

    As it is located in a good area of Monterrey I initially thought the hotel was going to be OK...wrong!! Walking in you can see that the hotel has an ok lounge but to the side the breakfast room is totally uninvitefull. The set up is so cheap that it seems it was set up as a test. The rooms are pretty spaciuos but that is it. The walls are very thin […] so you can hear everything from the room next door and worst, all of the trafic out side. The 2 night I spent were terrible. The last morning of my stay, the hotel had no hot water and we were at 0 Celcius!! No returning to this hotel again!! Read more

    The location is very bad, without a car you can go nowhere. The staff needs to smile. The breacfast was awful. Every day I needed to wait 30 minutes before get a table to eat. And there is nothing to eat. The omelets and other stuff are pair.

    Las camas están muy duras y las almohadas también. Es un hotel Para 1 o 2 noches no más. El desayuno que incluye deja mucho que desear. Para desayunar bien tienes que pedir a la carta con costo extra.

    El hotel y la habitación muy cómodos y limpios, sin embargo le falta mantenimiento a la regadera ya que no salía bien el agua. El servicio a la habitación no muy bueno, tuvimos que repetir la orden y pedir que regresaran con café apesar de que lo incluía la orden.
