"Great hotel if your single or with the family"
The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. You get a lot more for your buck at the Drury Inn than I was expecting. I will stay at this hotel anytime I am in the area. The location is perfect if you need to do any shopping.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent hotel, except........."
The Drury Inn was excellent. However, I feel that for the price of a room, the Inn should have been built with an on-site restaurant and bar--at the minimum, a restaurant. Although, there are numerous restaurants a short distance away, some people like the convenience of on-site eating and drinking, especially during inclement weather. Also, even though […] this is a minor issue (not meant as a complaint), somehow or the other, there should be a way to notify the room guest(s) that a refrigerator and microwave are HIDDEN inside the entertainment center BEHIND closed doors. "post game day!"
Nice staff. Now that Missouri is in the SEC y'all need to learn to make grits for breakfast....... I couldn't find them. Biscuits and gravy were just so-so. Those two items are important. Teach your cook ( I quess that's what she was) to smile. She looked and acted stressed. Eggs were a little runny. I give bf a B-. Breakfast is a big deal in Atlanta. […] However, they kept everything well stocked and the oj was good. And sports was on the TV. We checked in at 2 am post game. Was still able to get a glass of milk. Nice! Oh .... and GO ZUU!!!!!! Great fans in Columbia. Really good folks in Columbia. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Went to Cardinal game, food & shopping near by."
Had to call room service and have food removed from the refrigerator. It appeared that it had been in there for a long time! Only two face wash cloth in room towels were old and thin.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Great service. Very helpful with changing rooms because of the way I made reservations. Show interest why we were in town the first day and asked how it went to next evening.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Free extras really do make a difference"
I stayed for three nights recently and enjoyed my time at the hotel. Not having been to a Drury previously I had no expectations. I enjoyed the hot breakfast and while I did not utilize it, liked the option of later check out. The room was nice with the fridge and microwave hidden in a cupboard and a comfy reclining easy chair. Bathroom was large and […] well appointed. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice although it gets direct sun only later in the day. I tried to sit outside but the shade of the building made it too cool. Only other item a bit of a problem was the lack of power in the shower but this was only a minor issue. Loved the voice in the elevator telling you floor numbers, I couild not help saying "Thank You" each time it spoke. Would definitely stay there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Well...I'm a hotel snob and I was NOT happy to hear that I was going to stay at a place I'd never heard of before. (Usually go for a Hampton, Marriott etc if I can when I'm heading to a town I've never been before.) BOY WAS I WRONG. This place was SO nice. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Super spacious - many common areas to hang out. Lovely areas to have coffee/breakfast/HAPPY HOUR. Floors are spotless. Hotel staff was AMAZING - very friendly, very helpful, seriously accommodating. My housekeeper (Florida) kept my room SPOTLESS and was so kind when I left in the morning. Oh...and you know how usually a hotel will give you a couple little travel sized shampoo and conditioner? Nope...not this place...they had a full-sized dispenser of body wash, shampoo and conditioner installed in the shower...you could use as much as you needed!!!! (I have seriously thick hair - I could use 20 of the travel size bottles.) They have a really nice breakfast and much to my surprise, they had a happy hour at 5:30 with a really nice spread (along with three free drinks a night!!!!). If I travel, I am staying at Drury from now on (if they have one in the state I'm heading to). Everything was perfect.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Staff is super friendly, facilities are super clean. The beds are so comfy I did not want to leave it! The complimentary food was way above the norm for "hotel" food. Parking is adequate and even getting into the hotel parking lot is no problem. We will return! Cindy Price, Cuba, MO

This is the first time I've stayed at a 'DRURY INN', anywhere, and we only found it because my wife was instructing a Police Sergeants' Class in O'Fallon, Illinois for Western Illinois University. This week I've actually "tried" to find something, anything, wrong for two days now! I'VE FAILED MISERABLY! From the time we arrived my basic expectations were met and then exceeded. Friendly Desk representatives like Vanessa, who made made me feel welcome. The Assistant Manager, Stephanie, who seemed to be 'everywhere' doing 'anything that needed to be done.' from the Front Desk to the Dining area. And of course the least seen and probably one of the most important behind the scenes was the General Manager, Kevin. FOOD? THEY HAVE IT!! The Drury Inn has not only the typical hotel breakfast fare, but there were so many choices I couldn't decide what I really wanted, from cereal, biscuits and gravy, to make your own waffles, then scrambled eggs, two kinds of juice, and two types of coffee. As if that wasn't enough, then between 5:30-7:00pm, each guest gets a card good for two free drinks, pop or more adult beverages along with what could almost be called 'dinner'. Hot Dogs, Macaroni and Cheese, and Chicken Tenders, these are just among the choices available. Unbelievable! If I hadn't seen it myself, I wouldn't believe it! By some error on our part we failed to make a reservation for the second night. When we realized it, we were told that there was a "Robotics Competition" in St. Louis and there were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE! I called the Holiday Inn where because I travel so much I am a Platinum Elite member, they advised me that their 'network' of hotels were booked solid, NO ROOMS AVAILABLE! Actually there were absolutely no rooms available for 20 miles in any direction due to the "Robotics Competition" in St. Louis. I again called the front desk and I believe I spoke with Vanessa, (she too seemed to be everywhere) she explained that currently there were absolutely no rooms available at this time but offered to check in the morning again and let us know. When I finally woke up the next morning my wife told me that we had a room for that night at this Drury Inn, but we would have to change rooms. I said great, no problem because I was facing a long drive home in late evening. Also to my surprise, the room we received was a 'Suite'. I'll repeat it once again, I spent the better part of two days trying to find something 'critical' to write about, but failed. (And I'm sorry, if I'm not happy, I will let someone know about it )!! But in just a few words, find a reason, any reason, to stay at the 'DRURY INN IN O'FALLON, ILLINOIS', I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

No complains at all. Staff is extra friendly. Good housekeeping. Clean Room. Variety of options for breakfast. I didn't get a chance to join for 5:30 kick out as I came late to hotel everyday. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at the O'Fallon Drury Inn about 5 times. You will not be disappointed. Staff is friendly, every accommodating they go the extra mile. I did not believe you would be able to fine a better deal at another hotel chain. Do yourself a favor, stay at Drury Inn.

We stayed at this Drury Inn with 9 other families for a club baseball trip. The stay was flawless. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the roll away was already in our room when we arrived. The breakfast and 5:30 meals were buffet style and plentiful. Every staff member we dealt with - and I mean EVERY one - was friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is convenient and the rooms are quiet. This was our first time at a Drury Inn and won't be our last. The price might be slightly higher than some other mid-range competitors, but it is still a good deal when you figure inthe meals and higher quality of the facility. Very nice.
"Great stay all around!"
Stayed here two nights for a Sports Show. All was great. Very clean, staff nice , no problems. Pool was small but sufficient. The free breakfast and 5:30p QuickStart is two meals in itself . Will always stay at Drury Inn wherever we travel, can't beat the value!

This is a very nice hotel. It is in a great and very safe area. I wanted to stay on the eastern side of St Louis to break up my trip and this hotel was a great option. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and my room was nice and quiet. My only minor complaint was the bed was firmer than my preference but I slept fine. I will plan to stay at this hotel again on my next trip from Tulsa to Cincinnati.
"Good hotel for families."

We had tickets for an event in St. Louis, but decided to stay in O'Fallon because hotel prices were so much cheaper than in the city. Location is just off I-64, and convenient to mall, several shops, and restaurants. Hotel was very clean & well kept. Every staff person we dealt with was extremely polite & accommodating. We love the free parking, "kickback" (free snacks & beverages), free breakfast, and free wi-fi. The hotel was full during our stay, so the pool was a bit overcrowded. This is a great hotel for families. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to the St. Louis area.
