Good quiet location away from I 70. Older motel conversion with very comfortable bed nice kitchen and living room. A little noisy from adjoining rooms, and window to walkway limits privacy. For the $ a great place with excellent shuttle sevice to lifts.

Location.
Situated in Avon, Lakeside Terrace offers easy access to Beaver Creek Ski Area and winter activities like downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. Also nearby is Beaver Creek Golf Course.

This was by far the best room I've ever had, period!!! 2 bedroom villa was absolutely perfect. Don't sweat the three star rating, it's the best value I've ever seen.

Nice room and great parking. Had all of the conveinences of home; especially the kitchen and grill outside. Checkout was inconveinent. But the biggest issue was the false advertisement of a smoking permitted facility, only to find out that the whole establishment was not; not even on the balconies. A spacious and well-quipped condo in a great area. Our only problem was finding how to check-in. There is a very small sign at the entrance that says check-in at the Sheraton across the road, but this is easy to miss when driving in. The Lakeside Terrace condo was perfect for our weekend stay. We had 4 adults and 3 children and each had a place to sleep with the 2 pull out couches that are available along with the 2 bedrooms. The kitchen and decor was gorgeous as well. It had everything we needed. Thank you!
