The Front Desk Staff person Colleen greeted me with a smile and warmth and explained everything as if I was a guest in her home. Had to get back in my car and drive up the road to the unit. Based on what I read about the Resort I was expecting something old that was not the case. When I unlocked the door to the second floor unit, I had a pleasant surprise. First it was immaculate, no smell of disinfect cleaners, just a fresh clean smell. A beautiful working fireplace greeted you, with French doors on both sides leading out onto the balcony porch. Sitting area included the full kitchen and table along with sofa and chair. Sofa faced the fireplace with the Samsung TV above. True Kitchen not up-to-date, however, it was clean and with all the necessary cooking appliances. The bed gave me the most comfortable sleep, as good as or better than some of the five star Hotel chains, I have stayed in overnight. The Front Desk Staff person Colleen would prepare my coffee for me every morning, and searched on the computer for a safer route to my destination. Colleen always performed her task with a smile and grace. If you are every up in New Hampshire, please check out the Crotched Mountain Resort.

I've been staying at Crotched Mountain Resort this week. It has been a lot more than expected. My one bedroom condo is extremely comfortable and totally equipped. The views, even when big chunks of snow surround the area, are spectacular. People are friendly and attentive to the guest's needs. I have found here the perfect solo, couples, or family retreat. As a recommendation, if you are planning on cooking make sure you go grocery shopping before arriving since the nearest big store is 19 miles away. There's a restaurant/bar on site with a varied menu as well. Great place to stay!

We stayed at Crotched Mountain in June 2014. This is a lovely area and we enjoyed several drives around the area and some nice walks off the property. The units are set up for skiers with places to hang your snow stuff. The staff was very friendly and the on site restaurant was wonderful. Too bad about the unsightly older buildings.
"Peaceful place to stay in the mountains."

Our family of four stayed here for 4 nights during the Thanksgiving week. The staff was friendly and the place was very peaceful. The decor and furnishing were outdated, but our unit was clean. It is your basic and older timeshare unit, nothing great and yet nothing was bad. The few units next to our unit that were closed and looked like houses from horror movies at night. We enjoyed our stay, but it was nothing to write home about.
"Wonderful Anniversary Weekend!"

This place is just simply perfect for a quiet, quick and relaxing getaway. The restaurant on site was reasonably priced and very good. Good beers on tap and the hot tub was awesome! I agree with many of the reviews that it isnt a place for kids if they arent skiers.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend over thanksgiving. The place is nice and clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The only downside was that it si a good hour from both Keene and Manchester, and not a lot to do in between- there is a ski resort very close, but we were early for ski season and late for golf/folliage season.
"Stunning East Coast"

This is one of the most beautiful scenic places I have been. The stunning reds, oranges, deep purples, yellows and golds are breath taking. The folks are warm and friendly and the food is rich and hearty. A visit to the stunning East coast in the fall is one for the bucket list.

This was a great resort. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. We had a few minor difficulties and they responded very courteously and immediately. Front desk people were very friendly and Chris, even though he was new, did a great job. We were offered a wide range of tourist info including a Covered Bridge driving tour guide which I would recommend. We completed the drive, brought back pictures and received a small reward. They had info on all shopping nearby, farmers markets, children's activities and everything else you could possibly need. The resort is a bit out of the way but it was everything we had expected. Lots of scenic areas to visit including the White Mountains, Peterborough, Keene and other beautiful and quaint New Hampshire towns. The Merrimack outlet mall was good on a rainy day. We golfed the course and enjoyed it but were disappointed by the quality of rental clubs. The best of all was the wonderful colors of the trees and the scenery! It would be hard to beat this area for its beauty on a early October day.
"A fabulous place!"

We have stayed with Crotched Mountain Resort before, and this time was no different! The rooms are wonderful, always clean, always have plenty of amenities. Our only 'complaint' is that we are used to non stick pans, and have to adjust our cooking skills for the stainless steel pans! The fireplaces are great on cool evenings, and the hot tub included with out unit was amazing. We stayed in 3B this time, and didn't want to leave! We hiked at Pack Monadnock, and otherwise just relaxed. This was a special trip, we became engaged, and will definitely be considering our ceremony nearby, and staying at Crotched Mountain Resort for staying comfortably with our family for that upcoming special event!

We stayed in a one bedroom which included a decent size kitchen and living room. The resort is a bit out of the way but the staff was very friendly and the food at the tavern was good. The room was clean and Chris at the front desk was very helpful with directions and ideas for tours.
