      It was a very nice stay, Providence as always never disappoints. The only bad thing I can think of was that the hotel room smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes in there. Every time we stepped into the room the smell greeted us. Although there was a tiny machine in there that they had left I'm guessing to suck out the smoke smoke smell, it didn't work. That was the only downfall. Otherwise, it is conveniently located near everything and it seemed like all the places we wanted to go to were in walking distance.

    This B&B was very nice and comfortable. My wife and I go to Newport several times a year, and enjoyed our stay immensely at the Burbank Rose. It was in... an excellent location to walk anywhere we wanted. The owner of the B&B was extreemly nice and helpful with places to go and see.     The hotel is comfortable but bare bones. It desperately needs a full renovation from the falling down entry way to the dated decor including the beds with very old sloping mattresses. The manager is very polite and helpful and this place is perfectly situated in the middle of downtown Newport.
