Holiday Inn Boise Airport - Boise

Wasn't the best experience. Was given the wrong room and wouldn't change it, came in late one night and the room key didn't work, and paid for breakfast through hotels.com and they said it wasn't the right way to do it and would only give breakfast for one. Aweful service, for the money would stay anywhere else.

Everyone I spoke to with the staff was friendly and happy! I have never had a better quality of staff anywhere I have gone & I travel at least twice a month on business. I would give the staff more than 5 stars and a glowing praise any day of the week.

Great location and surprisingly low price! For what it cost, I expected a room just large enough for the bed and a couple chairs. Instead, what I got was a large room split in the middle by a divider in order to have a separate seating area. I could have brought along a couple friends and still been comfortable.

It was a great stay. Loved the look of the rooms, but the unfortunate person who has to sleep on the pull out bed is in for a rough night of sleep. If they're going to count it as a place to sleep it should be somewhat comfortable. It would have been better to sleep on the floor! The breakfast was average.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite and had a blast! The room was nice, very clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good. They loved the pool and hot tub, and the staff was super-friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to all of my out-of-town guests!

The bathroom lack of any counter top, shelving, or rack. No place to put your toiletry. Again, inside the shower, lack of shelving, not even a soap dish. I hate putting everything on the floor.

Conveniently located next to the airport & highway while not being far from the city of Boise. The people are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. It has a nice pool with a view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the hot tub has been out of operation for the last couple visits I've had to this hotel. The price to value relationship is very good.

Front desk staff was not readily available the three times we needed attention including checking in. There was a sign stating to call a phone numbe and they would be right there. When called, they promptly responded, but it was annoying to have to go through that process and wait for them to show up. Room was not as nice as expected. There was staining […] around the counter where the coffee pot was as if there was a spill never cleaned up. The bathtub grout was dirty and coming apart. I just stayed at the hotel the night before an early morning flight we had out of Boise. The hotel is very well situation relative to the airport (as are a number of other discount hotels). The hotel is pretty new, and the rooms were excellent -- a bit long and narrow but generally much larger than I expected, with two queen beds and a TV in one area […] and a separate sitting area with TV, both flat screens. All new furniture, and side table with microwave, and a spacious bathroom. Pool and hot-tub were great fun for the family. Only two minor complaints. A prior guest in one of the rooms had "fried" the microwave, so there was a very strong odor in the room which made it rather unpleasant to stay in. Also, we popped across the parking lot to Applebee's; we heard from diners at another table that we could get a 10% discount on our dinner bill for mentioning that we were guests at the hotel, but would have been nice if the receptionist at the hotel had told us that (particularly since she was the one who suggested we go there). Otherwise, a very pleasant stay and highly recommend as a great bargain given nice brand new accommodations at a very reasonable price. Read more

The people are very warm and hospitable. It's a nice hotel with a nice fitness room and cosy pool with a view of the snow-capped mountains, just across the street from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown.
