I stayed in the SUPERIOR room. STANDARD room may be different. The room was very clean. Lots of space for one person. Possibly even two. The beds were comfortable. Bed sheets were a mess. They were too short for the bed, so about 6 inches of mattress was exposed on the top end, under the pillows. Because they did not fit, they would slide everywhere. […] I'm not sure what the hotel is thinking, why can't they just buy longer sheets? LCD TV had only 1 English channel. CNN Bathroom was modern and clean. They gave you a toothbrush in case you forgot yours. Room was soundproofed. Very quiet when window closed. Heat/Air conditioning thermostat was difficult to figure out. It's possible system was turned off. I only got it to blow air Wireless internet was adequate. Signal would go from Excellent to Low and back again. Using Skype was sketchy, but possible. LAN cable hookup also available, but not working in my room. just my luck. Breakfast was okay. Eggs, some sort of meats, breads, teas, coffees, cereals, granola, yogurt, milk, cheeses, and colored water that is supposed to be juice. Location is okay depending what you want. On one side is a modern shopping mall with grocery store. On the other side is hooker slum-ville. Metro station and Tram lines are 100 yards/meters away. Easy walk through mall. The staff at the hotel were excellent. & very friendly. i was originally booked into a much more expensive hotel, but was really glad I booked into the city hotel instead. Two gotchas, TV has no UK channels, but wifi is free, so I kept my saninity by listening to BBC on iPlayer. At sometimes of the day there is only one member of staff on the desk, […] so if there is a sudden rush of custom you might need to wait a little. Breakfast is very good, with both continental and cooked available. they don't really do meals apart from breafast (although they do have toasted cheese sandwiches available at any time) There is a bar in the hotel where you can buy beer / drinks. Great location, walking distance to the centre in around 20 mins with other attractions nearby e.g. the Old Market Hall, Freedom Bridge, Raday Utca for restaurants in the evening. Metro station and tram stops 5 min walk away, so very easy to get anywhere in the city in short space of time. Katalin on reception spoke excellent English, was very helpful […] when we arrived giving us help with maps and leaflets, transport advice and suggestions on sights to see etc. All staff were very polite and helpful, and everyone we spoke to was ahppy to speak to us in very good English. Room very clean, spacious, very big bed and nice bathroom, all cleaned every day we were there.Breakfast had a lot of variety, although there was no fresh juices, there was a big pile of fruit to make up for it. Excellent hotel at an excellent price, couldn't believe how nice it was for the price we paid. Area around hotel generally fine, seems that the new Corvin Plaza shopping centre has given the area a boost, although when we initially arrived we walked in the wrong direction away from the hotel out of town and did come across a few prostitutes and dodgy bars, but around the hotel itself is not a bad area at all. Maybe not the most central place in Budapest, but 5 minutes to Corvin-negyed subway station on blue line (line 3), which ultimately connects to the airport with Bus 200E. The hotel is small, but comfort is okay. There is a nearby shopping centre and supermarket to fill in your bag when you start your excursions. Everyone smokes cigarettes everywhere all the time. Constant 24/7. Nonstop everywhere. I have been to 36 countries on every habitable continent on this planet, and I have never seen so many people smoke so many cigarettes non-stop 24 hours a day. Hotellets personal var väldigt tillmötesgående och positiv. Rummet (superior) var snyggt och rent, frukosten helt OK för det rumspriset. Det enda som inte stämde var utbudet av TV-kanaler. Bra hotell. Hjälpsam personal. 5 min promenad till närmaste metrostation, sedan två, tre stationers åkning till City. Hotellfrukost som ingår är av det enklare slaget men det duger till att börja dagen med. Stor galleria precis brevid. Hotellets "spa" är bastu som sätts igång på gästens begäran= 1-2 tim väntetid, dessutom var bubbelpool ur funtkion. […] Men det finns ett gym/fitnesscenter mittemot hotellet med bassäng och flera bastu som håller hög standard. Det har en dejlig beliggenhed tæt på metro og tram. Selv om natten er det muligt at komme hjem med bus næsten lige til døren. De eneste to bemærkninger vi har er at der ikke blev fyldt op med shampoo under rengøring og vi fik til at starte med kun én lille flaske til to langhårede mennesker og så virkede internettet stort set ikke oppe på vores værelse […] det meste af tiden men dette kunne løses ved at gå ned i Wi-Fi området ved siden af receptionen. Super ophold på på lækkert rent hotel. Hotellet ligger lige ved siden af et rigtigt godt center. Man kan vælge at gå gennem centeret til metro, som ligger på den anden side. Der er 2 metro stationer til centrum så man er der i løbet af 10 minutter. Perkekt +++++

Vi fik hjælp af det imødekommende personale til div. reservationer, der kan være lidt vanskelig pga sproget. Da de bestilte værelse ikke kunne tilbydes fik vi to superværelser.Det var dog lidt svært at få aircondition til at fungere. Men der var også 30gr udenfor og fuld sol på! Vi fik virkelig noget for den pris vi havde givet for rejsen.

huoneen/kylpyhuoneen siisteys hyvää luokkaa. Hotellissa oli rauhallista. Standart huone oli pieni, superior-huone eritt.OK. Palvelu oli hyvää tasoa. Lähin metroasema oli lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellin vieressä oli aivan uusi, nykyaikainen kauppakeskus. Väldigt trevligt litet hotell 50m ifrån köpcentret Corvin Plaza. Hotellpersonalen var jättetrevliga och berättade om staden vid ankomst. God frukost med yougurt och ägg, bacon etc. Rummen är finare än vad de är på bilderna. Vi tog oss till hotellet med buss 200E från flygplatsen till tunnelbanestationen Kőbánya-Kispest, åkte 7 stationer och hoppade […] av vid Corvin-negyed. Gick igenom köpcentret och hotellet var till höger. Från Corvin-negyed är det ca 10min in till centrum. Kvarteren kändes trygga och det rör sig mycket folk runt köpcentret och i tunnelbanan. Nice stay in Budapest. Airport -> Hotel must be done by taxi. Front desk people in the hotel are very pleasant and helpfull. In the very direct area of the hotel there are a welness center, new shopping center, parking place and within 500 meter a metro station. Prices are very interesting compared with dutch prices.

Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Tra i vari hotel era uno dei pochi ( a prezzi contenuti ) che offrisse la prima colazione ( ottima e a buffet ) Posizionato vicino ( 300-400 mt ) alla linea 3 del metrò e 4-6 del tram.

Helt greit hotell. Rommet var bra.Litt langt fra sentrumsområdet når det er surt og kaldt, men en taxi koster jo ikke all verden. Utmerket frokost og service. Hjelpsom med anbefalinger av severdigheter. Det eneste negative var at jeg sendte en mail en uke før ankomst, for å høre om hentetjeneste på flyplassen. Denne fikk jeg aldri noen svar på.
