"A Place that Feels Like Home"

I have stayed here for several days the past few winters, and it is a lovely place. It's very homey, and has lovely views of the marsh. In the winter months, they leave breakfast in the room, as opposed to a sit-down breakfast - this is convenient, as you can eat whenever you would like. Martin is a warm and hospitable host who makes you feel at home. I plan on staying here again next winter!
"The charm of Cape Cod"

The house is lovely, the rooms are well-decorated and charming. There is a soul and a warmth at the Ocean Manor, and you can put it all on Martin, who is a marvelous host for the tired travelers. The location is splendid, and the Sunday morning stroll on the nearest beach a must. Fantastic place but shhhh … it should be kept a secret :)

Recently stayes at The Cape Cod Ocean Manor for my 5 yr anniversary. Wow Martin once again over exceeds expectations. I had an anniversary card sent ahead of time and it was in the room when we arrived. Along with flowers Martin and his staff left an additional card. Along with a candle for my wife and chocolate covered strawberries on saturday night. I call Cape Cod Ocean Manor not a B&B but home caues that's how they make you feel. Thank you Martin And Ashley...
"Wonderful base for enjoying the Cape"

Martin's years of experience in the hospitality business are apparent from the moment you meet him as he is a wonderful host. Both he is and his family ensured we had a fantastic stay. They were all incredibly welcoming and accommodating (leaving us to the station etc). The rooms are large, clean and bright, personally I don't feel the pictures on the website do them justice. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. The b&b is in a great location a very short walk to the town centre and plenty of tasty restaurants and a stone's throw from two lovely beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have been going to the Ocean Manor for the past 6 or 7 summers! Always had a wonderful time! This year, we brought our 23 year old daughter for her birthday! Of course, Martin and his daughter were as gracious as usual! Whenever we visit, we feel like we are with family! They even had a gift and balloons waiting in the room for her when we returned from dinner! Can't wait to make our reservations for next summer! Upon returning home, we always receive a phone call from Martin just to me sure we arrived home safely!
"Good vibes at Martin's B&B!!"
Upon arrival: Tea and cookies were waiting for us in the front hall upon arrival and some soothing music was playing in the hall. Martin came right out to greet us and we loved him right away. He was ridiculously accommodating and friendly!! The rooms were big and clean and ours had a little balcony that looked out onto the amazing view out back. Breakfast was simple but fresh (toast, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, oatmeal, homemade muffins and baked breads). Kalmus beach and veterans beach are both a short walk from the B and B. Martin was so accommodating that on our last day after checkout, he let us keep our car parked all day while we were at the beach and then let us shower at the b&b and offered us more snacks for the road. He even offered to pick us up from the rental car and bring us to the train station. Simply put, he is an angel and the b&b is lovely!!! Stay here for a comfortable and convenient weekend in Hyannis!

My husband and I went on a "Babymoon" to Cape Cod and based on reviews, decided to stay at the Cape Cod Ocean Manor. It was an excellent decision. Martin and the 2 Ashley's were very very welcoming! They made us feel like we were at home! Martin knows all the excellent places to go and had some wonderful recommendations for us. His B&B is in a perfect location. About half of a mile from all the buzz downtown and there is a relaxing beach right across the street where you can take AMAZING pictures of the Hyannis Harbor. We have amazing shots of the sunrise and sunset. The rooms were very clean and very homey. We had a nice little balcony with a view of the marsh and ocean. We loved it! Breakfast every morning was excellent as well. A variety of fresh-cut fruit, homemade muffins and cakes, bagels and cereal. It was all so yummy! I unfortunately became ill one of the days (due to pregnancy) so we decided to spend a day indoors. Martin was very attentive, offering tea, toast and an excellent remedy with limes. He made us feel very comfortable and cared for. He even called us a few days after we left to ensure we made it home safely and to check how I was feeling! I never write reviews on here, however, our stay at the Cape Cod Ocean Manor was such a wonderful experience that I felt the need to share our experience. We will definitely be going back with a little one in tow.

This quite B&B was totally delightful and provided such a genuinely homey experience to visiting the cape. I, too, was in the area attending a conference, and the location and overall setting was a delightful surprise. Martin is so very friendly and helpful in getting to know the area and making the stay most comfortable and accommodating! I am truly pleased at this choice of lodging and plan to return for more 'me' time!!
"Comfy & Cozy in the Cape!"

Such a great spot for a getaway! Perfect place for couples to relax right near the beach and tucked away in a quiet resedential area, but a very short drive/walk into town! The owner, Martin was fabulous and incredibly welcoming- suggested some great food places and classic spots on the Cape you don't want to miss. The room was spotless with a king bed, futon, microwave and fridge! With access to a spacious deck overlooking the marsh. He even provided beach chairs/towels if need be. If you're looking for a quiet spot to relax in the Cape with everything at your fingertips, then Cape Cod Ocean Manor is for you :)
"Best kept secret on the Cape"

I stayed at the Cape Cod Ocean Manor while attending a conference at a nearby hotel. I had chosen to stay at a B & B, to experience a more authentic Cape Cod experience. I could not have been more pleased with my choice. The location is ideal, rooms are immaculate, and breakfast is delicious. Martin, Ashley, and Claire take the time to make sure that each guest enjoys his/her stay, offering everything from beach chairs, to maps, to fresh fruit for the ferry ride to Martha's Vineyard. The confirmation that I made the right decision came when talking to other conference attendees who had chosen to stay at the hotel (for double the cost) who described their hotel experience as "sterile and cold". Martin's B & B is warm and friendly and he is genuinely caring person. I hope to return to the Cape Cod Ocean Manor for vacation later in the year.
