The hotel was very convenient for our hurried holiday. We were disappointed in the breakfast. No waffles, although there was a machine and no hot chocolate (usuallly a staple.)

Had a great time, the employees helped us get a car service to the bars. At end of night try were helpfully wih great local places to eat that deliver. Our room was very good, I usually stay at the ramada and this was so much better. Excellent room for the price, easy to reserve, easy check-in and check-out. Friendly and helpful staff. The one and only down fall was the TV reception. All tv channels were snowy (unclear) But wasn't that big a deal...I didn't go to watch TV. I needed a room to sleep and shower. So all was good.

I would highly recomend this hotel. We reserved two suites. One for my wife and I and the other for my daughter, her husband and three young children. The rooms were more than adequate for all of us and the price reasonable. When my daughter checked in, her room was not made up. The staff immediately moved them to another room. The service was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. One problem we encountered however, was the drain in the bath tub seemed to be clogged. The water wouldn't go down. Overall, we cannot compalin. We would stay at the Hyatt again.

The rooms were much better than expected. The master bedroom and bath were bigger than expected. Comfortable furniture and layout. TV's in every room was a great touch. Well kept hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff. Free breakfast had a nice variety of chocies. Will use Hyatt Summerfield Suites whenever I can in the future.

For several years my Wife and I have stayed in several hotels in the area both in Mossistown and out on rt. 10. This is our 1st stay at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites. Best of all of them! For the price and the full breakfast, you can't beat it. When we come back to the area, this is our #1 choice.

The Hyatt Summerfield Suites in Morristown was an excellent choice. The room was very spacious to say the least. It was clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and very accommodating to any requests. It was an overall great stay at an extremely reasonable rate.

This was my second time staying at this hotel for my son's tournament at the Mennan Sports Arena. I love this hotel because of the mini kitchen that it provides, the King size bed, and the two wide screen television. The rooms have lots of space and inviting. I will always pick this hotel to stay. See you next year!!!

this hotel in morristown nj was an excellent place to stay, and was very close to ny . we had the two room suite and were very impressed with the accomidations, so much so that the next weekend booked another two room suite in the next town we wanted to visit in norristown pa.

We have stayed here many times in the last 10 years. It is the most convenient hotel to our son's house. Only item which makes me a little hesitant to rate this hotel higher is the last two times we have stayed here, there seems to be a greater presence of security personnel at night. We needed a hotel around Morristown and wanted one with suites. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and very roomy. The rooms were full suites, with an actual bedroom door that closed. The living room had a huge sectional couch, with one side that extended out like a full size bed, without having to be folded out. The couch could easily sleep 1-2 […] adults or more kids, in addition to the king bed in the bedroom. There were flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room, and there was a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove and a little bar/counter for eating. The desk/table could also be used for eating if necessary. Free high speed internet was included. Free parking. Free hot breakfast. We were a couple of minutes from Morristown center in a very nice residential neighborhood. We were even told, tho I didn't check this out, that groceries could be furnished (for a charge, I'm sure.) It really is like a home away from home, and the staff is very helpful. We will go back there next time we're in town. Read more

This is a great hotel in a very convenient location. Everything was perfect and could not have been better. I think the sharpest critic would not have one complaint. The breakfast was fantastic and I would definitely return whenever I am in the area.

Upon check in, the hotel seemed very nice. Once we got into our room, we were very disappointed! As soon as we walked in the toilet was running so loud we thought the water was left running. they came and fixed it promptly but everytime we used it, it would run for about 10-15 minutes. I moved out of my home and needed a place to stay for a few nights before I could move into the new place. For the same price as a standard hotel in the same area, I had a delightful one room "apartment" with a comfy open floor-plan kitchen/living room/office and a cozy bedroom with a great vanity/closet and bathroom. The evening cocktail reception […] (complete with snacks) served as my dinner one night, and the other night, I used the fully equipped kitchen to make myself some pasta and a salad - which I ate while relaxing in front of the large flat-screen in "my" living room. The breakfast buffet was dangerously good - I probably gained weight while I was there, because of all the delicious options. True, I could have used the work-out room to burn off the calories (Yup, they have a work out room. And a pool. Too bad it was November ...). My only complaint was that the bed was a little soft. Then again, the last few times I've been in a hotel, I've been disappointed in the quality of the mattresses. It sure would be nice if you request a hard mattress as easily as you could request a king-sized bed. ;) But all in all, a WONDERFUL experience. And for the price, an absolute bargain. I'll be traveling on business for 5 days in January and have already scoped out a Summerfield Suites for the duration. Read more

We stay at this hotel during the football season. Our son plays for the Jets and this our choice of Hotel to stay when we come into town to see the games . The staff if wonderful, the suites are fantastic. We plan on the Morristown Hyatt being our Hotel for a good many years.

I HAVE STAYED AT MANY HOTELS WITH OUR DOG. SHE IS A 3 YEAR OLD LABRADOODLE WHO DOES NOT SHED. WHEN WE CHECKED INTO THIS HOTEL, WE WERE SURPRISED WITH A $150 PET FEE. WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO PROTEST THE FEE, I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD NOT STAY WITH THE DOG UNLESS I PAID THE FEE. THIS WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, PARTICULARLY SINCE WE WERE NEVER WARNED ABOUT THE […] FEE. THE CONTRAST WAS OUR CHECK-IN AT THE MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN IN NEWPORT. THERE TOO I WAS SURPRISED WITH A PET FEE (ONLY $75 HERE). THERE RESPONSE TO MY COMMENT WAS TO CUT THE FEE IN HALF.
