I like the room, but wished it had an elevator as our room was on the third flooe. Also, there was no corkscrew in the room. Additionally, our entry key failed causing us to have to go back to the main office and get rekeyed while our baby had to sit out in freezing weather on the third flr.

I was staying there due to my bathroom is getting remodeled. Everything was wonderful with this hotel. The space, the cleanliness and the decor. The only negative thing I would have to say is that there weren't enough towels. There were two bath towels, which was fine, but there was only 1 hand towel and no washcloths at all. But I have to say that I did check in earlier than expected and if I asked for it, I'm sure it would have been no problem to get more towels. So, overall I was very pleased. Where else can you get a fabulous "little apartment" for less than $200 a night? Thank you. Allison

Upon our arrival, we were very impressed by the location, and rooms. However, there were many items within the room in disrepair. Door handles missing, cabinet door pulls off, etc. We requested pillows for the master bedroom, because the bed wasn't completely made. We never received them. Then, we requested additional pillows and a blanket for the pullout bed in the living room, the second day of our stay. We waited for 2 hours, before someone finally brought them.

Nice area, fairly decent accommodation - bedroom within our suit was located on outside wall, and lighting from outside of building was bright and lit up the bedroom. Linens noisy - if you move everyone hears it. Water very hard - so if you are used to soft, you will not like it. At 9:00am the "free" breakfast was sold out ... did not look like they were going to refill - so get there early. "Free" wireless Internet, was so slow - not worth using.

We chose this hotel because we had stayed there in the past, it is in a great location and we like the breakfast. The price was also very good. The price has gone up as has everything, but cleanliness has gone down. Our room was clean but ther were no sheets for the pull out bed. We called down to the desk and they were delivered immediately. However, going up to our room on the third tier there was a large pile of cigarette butts on one stair and also butts in front of our door. We checked in Friday night and they were still there Sunday morning. Saturday breakfast was fine. Sunday mornig we walked in and a plate of food had obviously been dropped and not picked up. It was still there when we left and a porter had been in cleaning tables. Again everytime we called the desk we got an immediate response but general cleanliness was not up to par.

Everything was very clean, we were aslo impressed with the breakfast they served as they had hot food, not just muffins and bagles. Overall a great stay. Only thing we were a little dissappointed by was we requested a crib for the baby. They brought us a pack and play instead. Our son hates to sleep in the pack and play and we were excpecting a real crib. But other then that, our stay was delightful and we would definetly return.

The price was very good, but I was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator??? I had to haul my two bags, laptop bag, camera bag plus odds and ends I didn't want to leave in the car up two flights of stairs. That alone tells you something. And, while this may be common for extended stay hotels, there did appear to be several people possible "living" there? Not sure though the people hanging around didn't seem like travelers. And, there were pallets and piles of construction supplies and debris in the parking lot. Once I felt safe inside the room, the layout was modern, clean and comfortable. I was missing the TV remote controller in the bedroom, though, but since I was only staying there one night, I didn't bother to ask for one. The food bar (breakfast, and later on an evening snack of nachos, biscuits and soup), was not kept tidy as people used it. I wouldn't stay there again especially since there were several other hotels just down the street.

For the region and the amount of space we had, the one-bedroom suite was a great value. The contintental breaksfast was excellent too. The negatives: there were a few lights burned out in our rooms, and the lamps didn't have bulbs in them! Also our room was cleaned in two phases -- the first stage was garbage cans emptied and bed made, then the bathroom was cleaned on the second pass. The tied up bags of garbage stayed right outside our door until the next day which I found a little unusual. Also we had four people registered to stay for the two nights, and we had two towels provided each time (but they did give us more). The kitchen was more than adequate for a suite -- if we had known we would have considered eating in our room once or twice.

The room was very nice, with a kitchen with oven, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There was also a dining area, a couch and a desk, separate bedroom, and a nice walking closet with iron and iron table (convenient when your shirts are all wrinkled in the suitcase). When i arrived in the room, the oven's door was opened and the inside was still dirty, there were some pieces of chicken skin or something like that that they did not clean. But the rest of the room was clean. When I tried to connect to through their free wireless (supposedly from all suites), I got no signal at all, not even a single bar. I had to go to the lobby (3 buildings down) to get a connection. Half an hour after I got there, one of the smoke detector started beeping, but they had someone come in fairly quickly to replace the battery. For dinner, since I did not have a car to go around, I ordered in, the person at the reception desk in the lobby can give you a list of places who deliver. Breakfast was complimentary, simple but nice buffet in the lobby from 6:30 to 9:30 am.
