We loved this place. It is a new, quaint, romantic little cottage. The owner was extremely hospitible and we loved the hot tub and sauna in the room. Our only complaint was that it was a little tricky to find (get an address) and the location is 20-30 min outside of the galilee area. That said, we liked getting away for a few days so this worked for us.

My wife and I spent two night at Amirey Hagalil while visiting wineries in northern Israel. The hotel is in the hills of the Galilee, with beautiful views of surrounding valleys and forests from the guest room balconies. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best we had in Israel. Dinner (half board is optional) was also very good. Perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway.

"Best in Tiberias"
Scots is a real treat. There are many hotels in Tiberias, but this is certainly worth paying a little extra. The hotel itself is very nice, but the service is top-shelf, the location is ideal, and the breakfast is AMAZING!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was impeccable, the location in the heart of the historic town of Tiberias with great views of the Lake of Galilee is unmatched. The antique room, we stayed in, was beautiful and had all amenities you expect from a five star hotel and a view of the Kineret (Lake of Galilee). Highly recommended!
