Extremely poor service, virtually non existent. Rooms so tiny it was unpleasant. Could not find the receptionist, barman etc and situated in the middle of no-where on a busy roundabout. Should be advertised as a late night stop over for people with no expectations.

The room was in need of some updating, however the bed was comfortable. The external shutters blocked out all the light which helped us have a great nights sleep. The shower was hot and powerful. Hotel is a typical motel style, hotel suitable probably for only a stop over. Conveniently located just off the Autoroute, 20 minutes from the Channel Tunnel. Rooms were a reasonable size, clean, fresh linen and good for families as they are interconnected, however bathrooms were very compact. The room was too small. It had a connecting room with no lock on the door and the outside door had a chair to stop people coming in. It was generally drab and uninspiring. I would not stay there again. Far too expensive for what you got.

Hotel very convenient for overnight stay before sailing from Dunkerque. Girl on reception was not customer oriented. Key for our room would not work and we were made to feel it was "our" problem! She tried her masterkey, even that would not unlock the door. I was told to go to reception to get a key for another room. Not exactly the Ritz, but very clean and very very compact! Never tried the food as it was a little basic and expensive, we ate literally around the corner in the nearby restaurant, though this also was expensive! For an overnight stay was ok but wouldnt have stayed any longer as the compactness of the room would have drove us crazy.

We got a very friendly welcome. The room and bathroom were clean. There was a coffee/ tea facility in the room. We just missed the biscuits, which were supposed to have been there. We were late and tired, so did not bother about supper nor breakfast as we were on our way early again..

On arrival, we found the staff to be somewhat 'offish' and didnt seem to wish to converse with us. The room was tiny, very tiny. However was clean and well stocked with biscuits, tea and coffee makings, water,soap etc. It was very clean and I have no issues with it at all, except that it was exceptionally tiny. English newspapers were available in […] the lounge area. A restaurant was available on site, with a very limited menu and a restaurant next door. Although we did not try either and drove the 11km to Dunkerque town centre. (Yes, it is that far away). On the plus side, it is literally 2 minutes drive away from the DFDS ferry port, which made it an ideal place to stay for getting the ferry the next morning. As an overnight stay it was fine but not for any longer. The room was very small but had what we needed. No evening meal was OK because the associated hotel Campanile a few hundred yards away had a nice restaurant. A good breakfast and we hit the road running.

Wie das letzte Mal - sehr komfortabel und gemuetlich. Die Zimmer sind immer tip-top sauber. Leider gibt es jedoch wohl eine Art 'Dauergaeste' - Bauarbeiter von vorort, von denen nicht alle ihre zementbeschmutzten Stiefel im Windfang ausziehen, d.h. der Dreck auf der Treppe liegt dann vom Abend bis zum Erscheinen des Reinigungsteam am naechsten Morgen […] auf der Treppe und dem Flur, was beides sonst so angenehm mit Teppich ausgelegt ist. Leider hatten wir ein paar Sprach-Schwierigkeiten, da die junge Dame an der Rezeption weder im Englischen noch Deutschen nicht sehr gelauefig war. Das Problem mit dem Zimmer mit Doppelbett anstatt wie gebucht Zweibettziummer wurde schnell behoben. Das zweite Zimmer hatte jedoch einen defekten Heizkoerper - auch das wurde schnell geloest und wir genossen den allerbesten Schlaf im dritten Zimmer. Werden auch das naechste Mal dort wieder uebernachten wollen. Zu empfehlen - nicht gerade das billigeste Hotel, aber bietet 'Englischen Komfort' an wie die Bereitstellung eines Wasserkessels fuer Kaffee/Tee usw sowie Kekse und Mineralwasser. Literie très confortable et salle de bains très propre mais la chambre est petite. dommage qu'à notre arrivée on nous ait demandé de régler une seconde fois la chambre, il a fallu insister pour que la réceptionniste reconnaisse son erreur.
