"Old creepy Hotel-"

The hotel advertised it had been renovated and that is not so. It was like stepping back in time in the bathroom. My door also would not open and I had to get the manager and then another time it was stuck and the manager had to come again. When I went outside I propped the door open as I was afraid I would not be able to get back in. My son was not aware of the conditions before he made the 2nd reservation for me. I have not been in a place like that since I lived at home in the 50's and 60's. The only good thing I can say about the room was that it was clean.

"Needs renovating"

From previous reviews, I was reluctant to stay there but did so because of the lower price and convenience to Green Dragon. I found the room clean, plenty hot water, nice shower, comfortable bed, clean towels. The room was painted and not paneled as previous reviews reported. It is an old motel and needs complete renovation to keep up with the times. Did not partake of the continental breakfast but noticed coffee, and a tray of donuts. I would stay there again but would prefer to stay in an updated motel.

Service was polite and helpful. However, the room smelled strongly of air freshener and some other unpleasant smell - perhaps smoke, perhaps mold. No amenities such as hair dryer or iron.

This hotel offered a continental breakfast, which consisted of a box of hostess donuts, that had been left out all night, and the juice machine was out of order. That was it. And we didn't appreciate haveing to go into some mans room to get ice. It was bagged up in baggies. Like they had to ration it. I have to say though, that the rooms were clean, but didn't offer much else. The staff was hard to find when you needed them.

This hotel is older with paneled walls and linoleum in the bathroom...but quaint and clean and personable.
