We checked in on Friday night and were met by a very friendly clerk at the desk who promptly checked us in and we were off to our room in 5 minutes. The hotel was very easy to find, as it is right off the exit, so that was fantastic!!! The room was immaculate, and we LOVED the beds, they were so comfortable, we actually miss them! The shower and bathroom […] were great and the room even had a microwave and a fridge!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities the hotel had as well, such as the breakfast, that was delicious - sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, fruit, etc...and the heated pool was incredible and actually a fantastic temperature!!! The hotel is very close to where we were spending our time that weekend (downtown Bowling Green and the Lost River Cave) and we enjoyed every minute there and will most certainly be back!!! We were disappointed with the overall condition of the room. The bathroom floor needed cleaning. We called the desk and they sent someone right away to clean it, but even when I asked her to really clean the corners, they still weren't clean when she left. The refrigerator and microwave were located in the corner of the room. The room was so narrow […] that you could not get to the frig if someone was sitting in the chair at the desk. I was having to ask my husband to move every time I needed to get to the frig. Mighty inconvenient if he is working at the desk. The hotel seemed old and in need of updating. The carpet was dirty. Enjoyed stay, not very happy about not getting to use swimming pool. 10:00 way to early to shut out customers from using the pool. Please reconsider, or I might find somewhere else to stay next year, thank you.

Great breakfast; room needs some routine fixing up- IE walls and ceiling could use paint; bed was queen size but with two people in it both continually rolled to the center; evening/night front desk staff very unfriendly; towels are VERY thin and like sandpaper. Will choose a different hotel at this exit the next time!

After driving for 9 hours, I was really hoping for a welcoming experience from the front desk when I checked in, but instead I wasn't even greeted, the man working didn't smile, he asked me how much I paid and then told me it would have been cheaper to book it directly through the website. He really could have been more polite about it. In our room, […] the beds weren't very comfortable, the internet connection was terribly slow, and there were strange chunks of ceiling and wall missing. We were very pleased with these accommodations. Our room had a nice-sized refrigerator and a microwave. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious, hot and bountiful! We highly recommend this Sleep Inn.

Everything was great except the super slow internet connection. it took 5 minutes to load one internet page. I used this hotel during the business trip and I was not satisfied with the internet. This hotel is looking a bit tired. The staff that was on duty were friendly and helpful. There were no unusual smells in the common areas or my room. The wireless connection was very poor and extremely slow. There was no TV lineup card in my room and the walls had scuff marks on them. Our only complaint about this hotel was in the comfort of the bed and pillows. The bed was extremely hard and every time I moved in my sleep, my husband felt it. Also there pillows were very small and firm which is very uncomfortable for a stomach sleeper.
