Good selection at breakfast. Rooms were in decent condition. Staff got confused about which day we were checking out and wanted to move us, but we were able to work that out. Pool was clean and in good repair. HEADS UP: We had 5 people in a suite and had enough room for all of us. However, the sink was in the bathroom and we had difficulty getting everyone […] ready to go out the door. I would have preferred the separate sink/vanity area outside of the bathroom. I stayed at this hotel for the proximity to OU. The room smelled of mold and mildew. The floor below the AC unit was soaked. There were no cookies in the lobby as stated in this hotels list of amenities.

Good hotel for a low price! The spacious room was clean and the only thing I negatively noticed was some scuffs and marks on the walls but other than that it was good. I stayed at this hotel for my first two days in Oklahoma. I loved it; my room was located on the first floor, I had plenty of coffee (I am a coffee nut), and the room was clean and roomy. I then went to the northern area of Oklahoma before returning back to Oklahoma City for my departure back home. I decided to stay in Norman instead of Oklhoma City. […] What a mistake; my room was half the size as the room I received when I stayed here the first time. I made coffee the first day I was here, thus, using up the regular coffee container. That container was not replaced the next day, nor was the coffee pot cleaned out from ther previous days coffee. My room key was also an issue. Sure, it opened my room, but it didn't open the pool room; the workout room; or the business room doors. This made me a little upset to say the least. One last thing. On the first day I was in my room, a young woman opens my door without even a quite knock. She comes barging in without warning, and lucky for her, I wasn't in my birthday suit ready to take a shower. I thought a knock at least would have been appropriate, you know, to see if anyone is in the room. My first stay here was fantastic, no glitiches; but my second stay here was a nightmare. So which stay is the norm? I don't know, so I have decieded to stay somewhere else if I come back to Oklahoma, and I would suggest the same for you. Read more

I had to wait 30 minutes beyond check-in time to get a room... at 4PM! Then two of the lightbulbs in the room were burned out. THEN, after I tried to take a nap, a complete stranger keyed into my room. She was very gracious, saying there must have been a mistake. I called the front desk, and they got the room numbers mixed up. This has NEVER happened […] to me in 30+ years of hotel stay. The monitor screen says, Welcome to Country Inn and SUIT" on the TV instead of "Suites." Thank is enormously embarassing. Seriously. Do you not have staff that can SPELL!!! Not worth the money spent. Stayed here while traveling on a family vacation. We pulled into this hotel in desperation after not securing a room in our usual hotel chain. To our surprise, this hotel offered a bathroom large enough to allow three, tired and cranky under-12 children to brush their teeth at the same time, saving their mother's sanity. My only dissatisfaction was […] the gluten-heavy breakfast. Not an egg to be found, but plenty of bagels, donuts, bread, waffles and cereal. It was fine they just need to do a little maintenance on the airconditioning it was a little warm for me. I had it turned all the way down as far as it would go and it never did reallly get cool, cool, untill late at night. But overall it was ok. I would stay there again.

My stay was ok, I booked for two nights. The second night I came back from dinner and they had canceled my room key. I had to go back to front desk and get new cards. The sofa in the suite had a large stain, one bed had a small spider in it when the bed was turned down, the other bed had a mark on the bottom sheet and a hair on the side of the bed linens, the bathroom sink overflow hole exhibited mold and the paint in the bathroom was peeling. My girlfriend and I arrived early and were told there were no rooms available at the time, but they were courteous and said we could check back around 1:30 which is still 1.5 hours earlier than designated check in time. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed is moderately soft but definitely not the best hotel bed I've slept in. The pillows sucked...they […] had no firmness or ability to support my head. Was a nice clean place for a long stay. Continental breakfast was above expectations and the location was fairly convenient for our needs. I wish there had been an ice machine on each floor and refrigerators in the rooms, for a longer stay this would've made having some in room supplies much better.

It was very close to the casino we were in town to see. Plus, it was on the same property as a few restaurants. The room was very nice and clean. We were upgraded to a suite. The only draw back was the breakfast but it was free so it wasnt a big deal.
