My son and I had attended Smackdown in Columbia this night. He was on his way to spend time with his dad for the summer and we decided to stay the night in Rock Hill and go on up the next morning. This hotel was one of the worse I have stayed in. It was previously operated under Motel 6. It was completely run down. The bathroom tub and toilet was painted and peeling looking terrible. The carpets were stained with who knows what. There was a pet fee for my small puppy and when the manager couldnt find the paperwork showing my fees were paid, he […] locked me out of the room. The room and hallway smelled like an ash tray although it is a no smoking building. The WiFi did not work in our room and the TV kept going out. The hotel is not fully renovated. The only reason we didn't leave is the beds were very good.

The management was very friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom tub needed some serious cleaning to remove obvious mildew stains along the edge of the bathtub. We found this unacceptable and the management gave us a partial refund for room 159.

this hotel was an older property. It has had some work done recently and looks like they are trying to get it back to its prime. the only problem was an ordor in the bathroom but there was new shower enclosure and counter tops. the bed was very comfy and overall was a great night. just dont forget the alarm clock they didnt have one

Washroom was dirty, toilet seat and bath tub was the worst. We did not shower and used local restaurant's facilities for other needs. Wi Fi did not work. The hotel staff tried but the connection failed.
