The bed was not comforable. The pillows were lumpy and very small. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Our stay was wonderful. The environment of the hotel was great. The only thing missing that we would have liked was a sauna.

We stayed ina king suite. The room was in great condition and was very comfortable. We did have to wait an extra half hour for our room to be cleaned before we could check in. The breakfast selection was also somewhat limited but overall pretty good.

We had a group for wedding. It was a nice stay. Management was helful and made some last minute changes to accomdate us at Hotel's expense.

Either the staff needs more training or someone does not follow up and spot check the staff to see if they really are doing their job. Papers and dirt behind end tables, refrigerator not wiped out, dirty towels folded up to use on the towel rack.

"Cleaning Staff Needs Improvement"

We check into our room late at night. My husband needed to plug in his breathing pump. Behind the end table by our bed was straw wrappers and other trash that had not been cleared for days....weeks? Also went to place pop in refrigerator and the door shelves were layered with sticky old pop. The next day grabbed a folded towel to dry and it was dirty and covered with red lipstick marks that were fresh and not stains. Either staff did not clean or other guests played a cruel trick on hotel. I will say the place was very quiet and we had plenty of room to spread out our things.

"Needs some work"

This is a quiet hotel and hard to find with no signage on your approach from the side roads. Maintenance is lacking. WiFi was down the two days I was there. I was provided with a network cable, but still couldn't use my computer's VPN connection (works at other Country Inn & Suites in the Minneapolis area). After taking a shower, tub still full of water 2 hours later. Notified desk after first night, not corrected.

"Wireless internet?"

I was traveling on business for this trip. It states in all the hotel brochures that they have wireless internet as an ammenity. Well, for staying at this location for three consecutive nights, this business option, was not an option at all. Some other guests had to go to the neighboring coffee shop to do their computer business. This really put me behind in my business.

We stayed in a corner room, so it had more space then a normal room. The hotel was a little hard to find, no signs when you leave the freeway on how to get there. We called and the front desk gave great directions when we got off the freeway. Very helpful and friendly staff, they were all able to give us directions when we needed.

"Affordable but not as Fresh as Expected"

The overall experience was acceptable and I would consider returning for the price, but first I would like to see a bit more attention to linens and air conditioning. Positives: -- The staff was friendly and supportive. -- The carpets and bathrooms in the room were quite clean; the lobby and breakfast area were attractive. Drawbacks: -- The linens, and especially the pillows, did not smell fresh. The air in the room was always stuffy and the air conditioning never could seem to fully maintain temperature. -- Although in a clean, safe and accessible (off of I-35W) location, there are very few nearby restaurant options.

"Tone down the chlorine!!"

Overall this hotel was okay... it wasn't horrible but nothing spectacular. As soon as we walked in I got an instant migraine from the overwhelmingly strong aroma of chlorine in the whole place!! Very sickening!! I wouldn't even let my kids swim in that pool because we couldn't stand to even be in the hallway and smell it!! The room was decent.. the sheets seemed like they weren't the cleanest... there were a few short curly hairs in the bathtub, and we had to kill about 5 box-elder bugs through the night. I did, however, like the fact that there was a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge in the standard room. Overall it was decent, but it DEFINITELY could have been better.

"What happened?"

The hotel charged me an extra $65.When i called the hotel customer service to asked what happened they said it was a mistake and they would contact me in 2 business days to let me know that they would credit my account.they never called me back.

""Greatest Hotel expirence with the lowest price ever!""

My family and I stayed at the country inn and had the best time ever. The staff working at the front desk, to the housekeeping staff to the maintence person had the best customer service personality that I have ever experience that I have ever encountered. They were very accomdating and pleasant. I will definatley go back and tell everyone that I know about this hotel. I will make another mini vacation for my family at this hotel! "It is okay, but not the best hotel I stayed at."

When we got there, I asked for a rollaway bed, and the front desk clerk said they ran out. Within a few minutes my children found a gallon of whiskey that was left by the cleaning lady in the cupboard. I asked for the manager and wasn't able to talk to her until Monday morning. This happened on Friday night. I asked for an internet cord, they ran out, I asked for towels for the pool, they ran out, I asked for the hotel clerk to change the ink cartridge, she couldn't until the next shift. Bye bye Lino Lakes, won't return.

"Great room for the price"

This was a nice place to stay. The only thing was when we got inside our room the hide a bed did not have blankets or sheets which was strange but overall very very nice place to stay. Loved it! The morning breakfast was wonderful too and free. Many different options to choose from. They offer kids free cookies in the evening and popcorn. Its very warm and welcoming. Would definately go back.
