This fit our bill perfectly for a family visit. The location was good in relation to our visit and Naples in general. Realy great for golfers with its attached course.

My husband and I took our three teenage daughters for a long weekend. There was enough room for everyone to have a great time and not get on each other's nerves. The room had everything we needed to relax and have a relaxing and wonderful time.

"Room was very nice!"
We loved our condo at Sunset Cove! We had a 3 bedroom unit that had 2 kings and a twin. The condo was decorated very nice, and had everything I needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. It was very big and had plenty of room for my husband, me and our 3 kids. We would definitely stay here again. Marco Island is beautiful.

Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath timeshare unit on Marco. Stocked with conveniences for everyday living. Computer and newspapers available in lobby. Very convenient. Staff was very personable. No complaints about the unit.

Stayed w/ adult daughter and later in week another couple--units are as advertised as are common spaces --very laid back atmosphere ideal for people already familar w/ local area who don't need to be on the beach. Outstanding condo in Marco Island! Beautiful new 3 bedroom condo, very spacious. Extremely clean. Kitchen has new appliances and includes dishes, pot and pans, glasses, utensils and so many other items. Kitchen even has a sponge, dishwasher soap, dish soap. Laundry in unit, starter laundry soap! Beautiful screened in balcony porch, quite large. Flat […] screen t.v in living room. Sofa sleeper in living room. Comfortable beds. Free shuttle to beach. The only down side was not being on the ocean. From the 5th floor you can see the ocean in the distance. Our room was overlooking a bay area which we could actually see manatee's and sting rays! Nice pool and hot tub. Pool a bit small and limited hours. Great place to stay! You do have to pay extra for cleaning during your stay if you want daily housekeeping. they have a sweeper and vacuum in the closet. T.V's in bedrooms were older. McDonald's, Starbucks, and Cold Stone Creamery all within walking distance. Wish we were still there!!! Read more

"Great for the money"
Great room for the money (about the same price as the smallest room at one of the beach hotels). I was put up on the 5th floor. Not a bad view, but hardly an ocean one. Nice clean room fully furnished to include kitchen accessories. The third bedroom with two twin beds was only a twin with a pullout bed underneath. We didnt use it so it didn't bother […] me. They supposedly have a beach shuttle but I just took a cab (a nice towncar too). I would recomend it. Read more

"The sunset cove resort"
The hotel was great, very centric in the city. The only drawback is that if you are planning on going to the beach is really hard because the beach access is for those staying in hotels that are on the beach and the sunset cove is not. Very close to the beaches thu. Overall is great to go spend your vacations, very clean, and great service.

"Excellent Facillities and Great price for the room"
The resort was very good and the unit was very well laid out. The front desk was very helpful and provided some insider tips on some good dining experience. Overall my kids enjoyed the pool and bith me and my wife enjoyed the large balcon.

"More of a home than a hotel"
This is a timeshare resort that rents out unoccupied units I believe. The units were very large - ours with three bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, waser/dryer. New and high quality finishes. The location is center of the Island but you have a somewhat distant ocen view if you are on the top couple floors, on a canal and has a nice pool and outdoor […] area. A full grocery store right next door which was very convenient and many restaurants in easy walking distance. Not on the beach but has a free shuttle we did not use. Nice people at the desk. We will definitely look at staying there next time we are in Marco. A great environment to relax. (There was no scheduled maid service, you could get it done for additional charge but we just laundered our own towels and didn't bother.) Read more

Condo was very upscale. Was about 10 min to beach but room overlooked the intercoastal waters and had very nice pool and hot tub. Stayed with another couple and we loved it.

Das Holiday Inn Club Vacation auf Marco Island können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter - toller Pool - saubere, grosse Zimmer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Vi kunde knappt tro våra ögon när vi klev in i vår lägenhet. Det var så stort att vi nästan gick vilse! Tre sovrum, två stora badrum, walk-ingarderober till alla sovrummen, fint och fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, platt-TV i varenda rum, ja här fanns allt man kunde önska sig! Ett extra plus för den stooora balkongen med tillhörande utemöbel […] och solsäng där vi spenderade en hel del tid. Utsikten var magnifik även om hotellet inte ligger på stranden. Under vår vistelse höll de på att renovera rummen och vi var nästan själva där. Vi tillbringade två heldagar vid poolen nästan ensamma! Vi blev absolut inte störda av renoveringen och med tanke på hur fint vi tyckte att det redan var så kan jag bara tänka mig hur det kommer att se ut sen!
