Room was not clean. Found spiders and their webs throughout the room, floor not swept or mopped (linoleum floor), bathtub wall had mold/mildew and remained in this condition throughout our stay. Hotel does not offer any shampoo or conditioner however does provide you with a small bar of soap, (2) packages of cookies and packets of coffee, tea and cream. […] Pot to heat water was dirty and never cleaned or replaced. Toilet paper and bath soap only replaced upon request. Bed linen not changed out during our entire stay however bath towels were however always had to ask for third towel as there were (3) in the room. Easy to find even if with the help of satnav; tucked at the very back/end of a mixed commercial/trading/hotel estate. Conveniently located to motorway routes NSE&W. Friendly, helpful and pleasant staff. Rooms being in a block 100m from main reception/restaurant area could put single people off if they feel vulnerable in any way, especially with entrances […] and staircases for half of the rooms well hidden from view at the rear of the block. Triple rack room rate turned out to be a king sized double bed but with a single matress hidden underneath it and insufficient room to use properly or safely within the small amount of free floor space so our 11 year old ended up in effect sleeping on a mattress on the floor and with various obstacles and inconveniences resulting; one person unable to get out of bed and having to clamber off the end of the bed or over the other person, protruding bedside table fixed to the wall just waiting for your child to bang their head on it, no access for your child to get in or out of bed without clambering on the main bed or off the foot of their mattress. Still, bed was comfy and we all had a good nights sleep although a few extra pillows would have been nice. Room reasonably spacious for a double but not triple. Nice large desk area covering almost the full width of the room, with tea/coffee making facility but not enough supplies (one tea bag, two coffee sachets, 2 tiny faux milk blisters, four small sugars; just as well we always bring our own supplies!) Conveniently located desktop power and strong wireless signal for Internet which offered a quick connection speed. Nice sized bathroom with good quality towels, and handy wardrobe/luggage area to the side. Restaurant literally empty. Staff advised the heating was not working but the temperature was absolutely fine for us. Wasn't convinced with this hotel at all, dubious area and set up was not suitable for woman staying on her own. Bed was uncomfortable and bath was tiny. That said - it was clean, the staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant opposite was good. Very basic.

L'accès est très rapide en arrivant de l'autoroute. Sinon, les installations sont anciennes et auraient besoin d'être rafraichies pour un rapport qualité/prix plus "logique". Nous avions une chambre 1 lit 2 personnes + 1 lit une personne : le lit une personne est simplement ajouté et installé dans le passage allant à la Salle de bains : pas très pratique […] ! Van buiten is het appartementencomplex armoedig. Maar de kamer was prima voor elkaar. Familiekamer met een 3 persoonsbed onder een. hoogslaper. Receptie was behulpzaam en engelstalig. Naast hotelrestaurant op loopafstand veel restaurants van een Mac tot Sushirestaurant. Alleen in adresgegevens zijn die Fransen heel slecht.

Bouilloir à dispo comme prévu mais rien qui accompagne : dosette de cafe, thé, sucre, biscuits. Réservation d'une chambre triple mais on se retrouve avec une double. Le plus horrible, c'est entendre tambouriner à la porte à une première fois à 10h et ensuite 11h30 par la femme de ménage qui voulait que l'on évacue la chambre afin qu'elle puisse faire […] la chambre et terminer ainsi sa journée. Mauvaise surprise en arrivant à 21h malgré le coup de fil préalable nous assurant que le restaurant de l'hôtel était ouvert jusqu'à 22h. Heureusement, dans la zone, nombreuses possibilités de dîner. Hôtel très propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner trop cher: 9 euros.

Das Hotel eignet sich für Reiseübernachtungen. Der Zimmerkomfort ist für diesen Zweck sehr in Ordnung. Das Frühstück kostet 9,- Euro pro Erwachsenen extra, ist aber sein Geld wert. Für eine Reiseübernachtung würde ich die Hotelgruppe und auch diese Hotel weiterempfehlen.
