It is nice hotel who likes to visit the design hotels. It is a boutique hotel. so do not expect many services. The Restaurant is Michelin awarded so do not miss to check there out.

The location of this hotel is not convenient to the train station or other attractions. It is located conveniently on a tram line, but the neighborhood is not inviting and there are no restaurants or attractions nearby.

Tram #11 and 12 are right outside the hotel. Nice, chic hotel. Good thing we were there in Oct. since it's cold weather, we don't have a problem with the room with NO AIRCON. On your booking it doesnt indicate that the rooms don't have airconditions. We ended up opening the window plus the fan on. The Goldman was great! The satff was professional and friendly. Even the room service was reasonably priced. If you want to stay somewhere modern and fun, this is the place to be! I would only say that it's a little challenging to get to by the public trin/tram system. So expect to walk a few blocks and know exactly where you are going ahead of time. […] It's not in the heart of town, so if you want to be close to the tourist attractions.... this may not be the place. The hotel staff were genuinely helpful and I loved the bright colours of each floor and of the outside of the hotel. The street has a 'cool' feel and it is very close to the metro.

The hotel has been thoughtfully designed however the rooms are shoeboxed sized and they have no air conditioning. The room was approx 35 degrees - this was with only midly warm weather outside (24). It was so stuffy and there was no breeze from the window that opened. The curtains were not blackout curtains as stated so the morning light was additional […] disturbance. The fan supplied in the room made no difference to the overall temperature. In short, i could not wait to leave. We endured two nights of no sleep... the Monday morning drilling & building works commenced very early on and we had been given no warning about this. What hotel doesn't politely inform its customers of the buildings works & possible disturbance? We appreciate they may not have any control over these things but this was insanely loud and going up through the walls of the hotel. Both mornings the staff never asked us if we had a nice sleep/stay and by checking out we were too tired to tell them then. The breakfast was nice. The place seemed empty generally with nobody dining in the restaurant which was also extremely hot. Such a shame, with air conditioning and staff who cared this could be lovely. Read more

Great location (15 minute tram ride from the city centre) with a great Italian Restaurant 5 minutes walk towards the city (Zio Pepe's - they speak Italian, German, and English), and a great bakery across the road (a little English is spoken but their cakes and breakfasts are wonderful!) 1st trip to Frankfurt, but by no means the last. The hotel is in the Eastend of the town which is a tram ride from the front door into town. You can hear the trams running, but my wife and I thought it added charm, they were in no means intrusive in their noise levels, but we were on the 7th floor. There isn't much in the way of restaurants on the doorstep, […] and the one in the hotel was a little fancy and fishy for my tastes so I never ate there, there is a Kebab house and a Pizza take away on the doorstep though in case of emergencies. The room was on the small side but it was fresh and clean with aircon and a heated floor in the shower and by the sink. Our King size bed was two singles pushed together and two single quilts, which was ok as we never fought for covers. The walls were a little thin, and some noise could be heard from next door, singing in the shower was one to note, but it was only once in a while, not constant. The staff were brilliant, as was their english. The lack of uniforms brought a relaxed atmosphere. Every question or query was answered satisfactorily. Like the review intimates, I would gladly make this a frequent haunt, if it were in a different location with more things to do in the evening, reading tram maps in a foreign language after the beir has snuck up on you isn't all that easy, especially if there are diversions... We decided to walk to the hotel from the Hauptbahnhof. Next time we'll get the tram!! So it was a long walk, but once we arrived, we were so happy to have reserved a room. The reception was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated. 値段はソコソコで、ちょっとやりすぎな感もありますが、オシャレなホテルです。スタッフの対応も良く、快適に過ごせました。観光目的の宿泊では無かったですが、市街地へも出やすく、良いホテルだと思います。Wi-Fiが不安定なのでビジネスにはあまりオススメしませんが、いわゆるシティホテルに飽きている人には選択肢として入れておいても良いかと思います。

Die Zimmer sind eng, aber mit vielen Details individuell designt. Beim Check-in wurde uns die Wahl zwischen allen verfügbaren Zimmern überlassen. Alle Zimmer sind am Empfang mit Fotos kurz portraitiert. Leider lässt ein Bild nicht auf tatsächliche Eigenschaften des Zimmers schließen u. so haben wir einen Missgriff getan: Unser Zimmer lag wohl in unmittelbarer […] Nähe zum Lüftungsraum/Haustechnik, da auch nachts permanent ein wirklich lauter Geräuschpegel herrschte. Das war ärgerlich u. machte den Aufenthalt doch ein wenig unentspannt. Wir sind allerdings nur zwei Nächte geblieben (tagsüber unterwegs), sodass wir von einem Zimmerwechsel abgesehen haben. Ich bin jedoch sicher, dass dies möglich gewesen wäre, daher ist dieser Kritikpunkt auch nicht zu hoch anzusetzen. Die Freundlichkeit/Aufmerksamkeit des Personals war durchwachsen (egtl. waren alle sehr nett, doch es gab z.B. gemeinsame Raucherpausen beider Empfangsdamen bei Schichtwechsel - uns hat man solange i. d. Lobby am Empfangstresen warten lassen..). Es war kein Problem, den Koffer zw. Check-out und Abreise im Hotel lagern zu lassen. Wir haben die hoteleigene Gastronomie nicht getestet. Die Umgebung bietet Alternativen u. zur Innenstadt sind es <10 Min. FAZIT: Für den regulären Preis des Hotels hätte man deutlich mehr erwarten können. Man hat aber auch schon Schlechteres in vergleichbarer Kategorie in deutschen (Groß-)Städten gesehen - das darf jedoch nicht der Maßstab sein. Daher nur eine eingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung. Nettes Hotel, Zimmer recht klein. Einige Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, 1 Dame leider etwas lustlos und desinteressiert auf Fragen reagiert... Bar und Restaurant klein aber fein. Für 1-2 Nächte empfehlenswert. Zur Innenstadt jedoch zu Fuss rechts weit, mit Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ca 8-10 Minuten.

Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön bunt und nicht cool designed. Obwohl ein guter Designer am Werk war. Die Fenster sind ein wenig klein, ein bisschen mehr Licht täte dem Zimmer gut. (Allerdings waren wir an einem grauen Herbsttag da.) Das Hotelteam ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Das im Hotel befindliche Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen - es ist im "Feinschmecker" […] gelistet und - dem Geschmack und Service nach - wahrscheinlich auch noch mit anderen Auszeichnungen bedacht. Die Straßenbahn zur Innenstadt hält vor der Haustür. Alles in allem: Nichts zu meckern. Nur eines: Das Frühstück subventioniert hier offenbar - wie leider in vielen anderen Hotels inzwischen auch - die Übernachtungspreise. Es ist schlicht und einfach überteuert. Aussergewöhnliches Hotel am Ostende der Stadt Frankfurt, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ostbahnhof und damit recht gut angebunden an den ÖPNV. Zimmer der M-Kategorie sind ausreichend groß, Bad etwas dunkel aber modern. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer nicht sehr hell (sehr kleine Fenster),, und dunkler Teppichboden und Enterieur tut ein übriges. Auch Lobby und […] Bar/Restaurant sind etwas schummerig. Personal extrem hilfsbereit und nett, das Frühstück ist für 15 EUR sehr ok, wenn man auch um Auffüllen vergriffener Bestände bitten muss. フランクフルト中央駅から11番トラムに乗り「Osthafenplatz」の少し手前に位置するホテルです。全て部屋のデザインがそれぞれ異なるようで、チェックイン時にどの部屋が良いか選ばせてくれました。中央駅から離れますが、設備よし（アメニティーグッズ、ドラーヤー、冷蔵庫あり）、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切、部屋も広くて綺麗でおススメのホテルです。

Das Hotel hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Strassenbahn vor der Tür), U-Bahn ein paar Meter weiter, Restaurants in der Umgebung etc. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Sehr gross sind die Zimmer jedoch nicht und demnächst sind wohl auch mal wieder Streicharbeiten in den Zimmern fällig. Es waren wenig Gäste im Hotel,so das wir freie […] Zimmerwahl hatten. Den Empfang im Hotel fanden wir sehr freundlich besonders beim Check-In. Gegrüsst wurde man sonst jedoch nur,wenn man selbst zuerst grüsste. Negativ war, das es im Hotel selbst sehr hellhörig ist,man hörte nachts zum Beispiel die Angestellten mit Getränkekästen die Minibars auffüllen (?), den Aufzug etc.. Nach einer Nacht gewöhnt man sich aber an die Geräusche. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ca. 1 Stunde vor dem Ende des Frühstücks sehr karg (besonders Brot/Brötchen) bei 15 Euro pro Person hatte ich mir etwas andereres vorgestellt. Eine Nespressomaschine wurde aufgestellt,aber leider keine Gebrauchsanweisung dazugelegt, oder etwas erklärt. Deswegen haben wir dann lieber ausserhalb gefrühstückt. Read more

Für 5 Sterne eine Enttäuschung. Zimmer klein und ungemütlich, Personal mäßig freundlich. Bad unpraktisch. Extrem kleines Fenster. Baugerüst vor dem Fenster. Ausblick = 0 Wenn ich mir die Bilder im Internet ansehe habe ich aber scheinbar nur gerade mit diesem Zimmer Pech gehabt. Es scheint auch hellere freundliche Zimmer zu geben...

Habe diese Hotel zum erstenmal bewohnt und war soweit zufrieden. Zimmer sind wirklich witzig eingerichtet und der Raum wird gut genutzt. Leider war die sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht 4 * entsprechend, da ich von meinem Vorgänger einige Hinterlassenschaften in meinem Zimmer hatte und auch sehr viel Staub (als Allergiker nicht gut) überall zu finden war […] der sicher länger als 1Tag dort gelegen hatte. Dennoch denke ich, ich würde dieses Hotel noch mal buchen. Read more
