I can't believe this is a 4.8 rated hotel. Stayed Sept 7-9. Nice property in a good location but service was more like a 2 star. Call down to front desk? Almost never answered. Go to the spa for a confirmed massage? No show. Sit down for breakfast? 100% of unoccupied tables were not cleaned from previous guests. Book an Auschwitz tour? Pushing an overpriced […] bus tour (hint, use trip advisor for private tours). On and on. Really don't understand how it rates so highly so best to look elsewhere. Read more

Service was excellent from arrival to daparture. I arrived early by train. I walked to the hotel from the main train station. Location is close to the Old Town and the Train Station. Nice and very comfortable room, excelent view. Uncomfortable to have to go downstairs to get internet. It would be nice to have Internet free of charge and available in all rooms as many other hotels. We stayed in the second floor and one night there was a very loud party, and we had to go through it to get to our room. The noise ended at 2 am.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The over all appearance of the the hotel is new & updated and it is located next door (literally) to a very large shopping center AND the train station. The bathrooms very quite modern and clean. My only negative isn't reflective of the hotel but moreso Europe in general - I could not sufficiently cool the room […] down enough and when not in the room the air would not continue to run....so you always came back to a warm room. The hotel is a very nice hotel with a modern design and feel with very friendly and helpful staff. It is very close central train station and the start of the old central part of town. The room was spacious very clean and the bed was comfortable. The mini bar can be hard to find. The next time in Krakow I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast. The room was very confortable. I dindn´t like two things: the pillows and a glass between the bathroom and tthe bedroom. When you turn the light of the bathroom on, the bedroom was iluminated.

This hotel and staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. Location and room etc were perfect. Have confidence and no worries about booking here. For English speaking people this is no problem. And breakfast was included and great. Also free internet. They deserve a 5 star rating!

The location is very convenient. It is convenient to train station and Galleria Krakow. It is convenient to Old Town, with many sights and restaurants. The physical facility is very nice. The room decor is nice. The bathrooms are clean, and the shower is large. My one complaint has to do with service. I stayed on executive level, and breakfast is included […] and you can have breakfast in your room. However, every day they forget to leave menu request form in my room so I have to call down and request. I can understand that the staff might forget once, but how can you forget everyday? This means there is not communication among the staff. On the last day they lost the request form I give them so no breakfast is delivered. I had breakfast 1 hour late which was difficult because I had business meetings that morning. Read more

I made reservation for 2 executive rooms for 3 nights. We all arrived in 1 car, when we checked in we were informed that we could have a paid parking spot for only the first 2 nights, but not the last night which happened to be New Year's Eve night. I was told by the front desk that it was my fault since I did not make a reservation for the PARKING […] and their parking is full. She said we had to understand that they have 180 or so rooms and only 25 parking spots. Did I mention that you have to pay for that parking 22 Euros an night?! I have stayed in many high end hotels through out, but was never told that I need to make a separate reservation for the parking for my car. After talking to the front desk manager, she said that they will come up with a solution by the next morning, which they did. They informed me that I could have the parking spot for the whole stay. The bad experience at the beginning stayed with us and adequate service for the rest of the stay would not fix it. Hotel is ultramodern, with great pictures but not very useful design. Even the executive rooms seem small and have only one small closet. No drawers in night stands, closet, or TV console. It is fine for short stays, but not for longer unless you want to live out of your suitcase. The executive coffee and tea service is in the hallway by the elevators with 3 armchairs. Nobody would ever sit there to enjoy their coffee or tea. The TV had a good amount of English Channels. Read more

I spent one night at hotel nibieski, before coming here. All i can say is what a breath of fresh air. the room is super well and beautifully appointed, while the rooms arent huge, they are quite comfortable. There was even a speaker for the tv in the bathroom. We ended staying on the street side, which was fine, tho i understand the rooms are more quiet […] on the train station side. I had hoped for a bath in our room, but no luck. Im pretty sure we could have reequested one, tho my girlfriend figured it wasnt worth the trouble. My one beef with the three hotels i stayed at in poland and europe in general, is that the mattresses are very firm. I cant fault andel's for this as the mattress at nibieski was worse, but at certain hotels in the US, i find the mattresses much more comfortable to sleep on. That said i did sleep well, so don't take that a real complaint, as much a general comment about hotels ive stayed at in europe. All i can say, is stay here, you won't be disappointed. Read more

I really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were very polite and helpful. It was clean and comfortable and I had a very nice standard room. The location is perfect with the train station being just a few minutes away and also the Old Town a 5-10 minute stroll from the hotel. Would happily stay again if I return to Krakow.

Just minutes from the old town area and market square adorned with beautiful buildings, including horse and carriage rides awaiting tourists. The ageless beauty of Krakow, the people and value for money is hard to beat. Christmas markets were being set up outside which looked beautiful and we were sorry to leave. Sharp and efficient service throughout stay. Excellent buffet breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Fantastic location, right on the edge of the old town without having the noise of it. The only negative for me was the cost of Wi-Fi to room. That aside, I'd definitely stay again.

Whilst the decor of the hotel is modern and nice, the walls on the room were all bashed and had black marks all over them. We also had a terrible view onto grotty buildings. The only good thing about our stay was the breakfast.
