The size of the room was terribly small. Do not book this hotel if your plan to HKG is for shopping. You will have no place to put your stuff. No kidding. They did not stop people to smoke in the corridor at non-smoking floor. Did not fill the restroom supplies daily. Did not vacuum the carpet daily. They reacted after you complained.

The rooms are tiny. There's barely enough space for 1 person, for 2 people it could get real crowded in the room. Just One Thing. Very Very small room and space. You Cannot even walk around the bed. The Worst was the Bathroom. I Initially Requested the Largest Space in the shower to bathe 2 or more persons. What I got was the Tiniest shower that 1 person kept hitting his arms or elbows on the water faucet.

Requested a twin bed room, room is very small with a bed at both side of wall, the space in between the bed is enough to layout 2 large luggage but after that you have no room to walk. Bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower stall but no window or ventilation, includes toothbrush/paste, shampoo, lotion, bodywash, comb, shaver/cream, shower cap, qtip/cotton pads, slippers, towels. Small table next to closet that has 2 bags of instant coffee/creamer/sugar, 2 chinese tea bags, plus a electric kettle. Flat screen TV. Needs to pay to use their phone, but free wifi is included, they give you a password for each room when you check in for free wifi. Location of the hotel is OK, enough stores/shopping around the area, and about 20min taxi drive to airport. I was upgraded to a deluxe room the first night and the room has more room at the end of the bed, larger bathroom with window /ventilation, and larger closet for hanging clothing. It is very convenient and accessible to MTR, Restaurants, Mini Stores, Mall and the bus stop. Access to internet is limited and it is not free wifi to the rooms, you have to be in the function room if you want to access the free connection! The staff are helpful to assist in all the questions, my kids like "Mirror" so much, she is really nice!

Hotel room is very small. Neighbors are very noisy. When the taps from other rooms are running, you could hear the noisy humming sound. The shower often leaks. I was put in a Non smoking room on a non smoking floor. But when my neighbors open their room it's full of smoke smell. Mine was ok. Convenient location.

The hotel staff spoke very little English which made it difficult to liase with them, breakfast the food was col for a buffet thus leading to food poisoning, The room itself was far to small and cramped with the luggage we had, they could have left the bed out and that would have given us more room, sleeping on the floor would have been as comfortable […] as the mattress was rock hard. Where do I start with the bathroom, what an absolute disgrace, cleanliness was definetly missing, walls not cleaned, toilet bowl never cleaned, grease and grime around drain outlets, dirt around taps. Glasses And cups weren't washed, sheets weren't changed when requested, spare roll of toilet paper was never there. We had to complain to management and even after speaking with him there was a slight improvement, a further complaint was made before they got it right. The worst ever hotel I stayed. Honestly I didn't pay much for the hotel, but my experience is really bad. First of all the room is super tiny, once we opened the door there is the bed, and the funniest thing is the bed is so small that our feet were out of the bed (I am 173cm tall and my husband is 183cm) !!! The service is not particularly good, with […] the reception staff hanging up on me when asking about the in-room internet service. He just hanged up after saying it's a charged service without giving me time to ask how much. And the noise is the biggest issue. Every night and early morning we could hear other hotel guests and cleaning staff talking in the corridor (and there is no rubber bands on the doors to keep the noise out or avoid generating more noise when other gusts slam their doors), we could even hear the TV , shower running and people's conversation from the next room!! The cleanliness of the hotel is acceptable on the hotel lobby but once you enter any floors you will find dirty carpet and moulded wallpaper. In the room we did have our sheets changed but there is always small stains and burns on them! Plus we stayed for two weeks but they never seemed to hoover the floor (probably because it's already very small and we have some luggages on). the air con seemed to be malfunctioning because the room was quite damp. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. The free shuttle service would always take us to where we could get a short train ride to Disneyland.
