Having stayed at the Landis Hotel in Taipei, I expected Icon to offer the same service quality or better. After checking in, no one bothered to show us to our room and introduce us to the facilites available. I booked a harbor view room for an increased price. Sure there was a view of the harbor, if you looked to the left side. Directly outside my window was the rooftop of the mall. The concierge was helpful. I had one meal at the lobby cafe. My mom ordered a chowder in bread bowl. The bread came out toasted with green mold!! How did they miss that?! Killed our appetites immediately! I've read comments comparing Icon to the Four Seasons. One of our travel companions stayed there and I had an opportunity to rest in her room during our long afternoons in Hong Kong island. The hotel is impeccable and there was definitely no mold in our food.

Decent size room for Hong Kong. Definitely not huge but plenty big enough. Nice bathroom. Perfect Kowloon location. Clean and nice

"Modern hotel close to shops restaurants and views"
We read previous reviews before booking this hotel, and many were negative, but we decided to take the risk. We were thus pleasantly surprised - the hotel is quite modern, the rooms have a great view (right out over Shentzen bay, with 180 degree view of the colorful night lights). The hotel is right next to a shopping mall/outdoor plaza with restaurants. […] We thus spent some time sitting outside at one of the bars in the plaza. The whole area seemed very clean, and with plenty of selection of restarants. We did not try the hotel restaurant (lots of cheaper placed nearby, and we wanted to sample the local cuisine anyway). Dejligt hotel. Virkelig venligt personale. Jeg havde ikke morgen mad inkluderet i min pris, og sammenlignet med priserne i kina var morgenmaden virkelig dyr. Jeg viel anbefale at lade vær med at spise der for det er 1/3 af prisen lige udenfor døren. Ellers helt fint.
交通方便 有大型商場，超市於附近，食買都方便 床舒適
