"Fantastic resort enclosed on its own estate"
A fantastic resort with all you could ask for from various restaurants, to three pools that cater for all adults and children. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would return to this resort again in the hear future.

"great value"
Rooms were lovely. Great size and very stylish. The restaurants were lovely also. Beautifully set up resort with great pools and nice feel. Only a couple of areas for improvement. As a family, only 1 of the 3 pools were accessible by kids which was a shame. Also, they could have a few more organised activity. Overall one of the nicest places I have stayed and possibly best value

"Wonderful hotel for a quiet getaway"
the hotel is very close to the airport but a little bit far from Phuket's places of attraction like the Patong Beach or Phuket Town (for shopping & entertainment), making it a good choice if you want to just relax by the beach or just chill at one of the 3 pools available or just explore the property. Nai Yang beach is beautiful especially during sunset, where you can choose to have your dinner at one of the restaurants and cafes there. The beach is not crowded at all, with calm waters safe for children. we had a wonderful time here and would definitely go back.

"Very nice boutique Hotel"
My wife, 3 years old daughter and I just spent 4 days at Indigo Pearl. This hotel is beautiful (very impressive design), hotel staff and service are outstanding (by international standard - and I've been to many leading hotels around the world) and location is also nice if you want to experience the local life by the beach (loads of restaurants and bars right outside the hotel). I can only make a slight complain about the like of isolation of the room. If you are unlucky and have a room facing the family pool it can be noisy during the day.

"A good small retreat"
Like the resort, its a little bit small for my liking, but good value for money. Staffs are friendly, yet some are not very well trained. Beach is a little disappointing, water is not that clear and clean. Great to have so many choices of restaurants along the beach front. Overall, it's a pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 3N4D, yes, good hotel. Very near from the airport, it helped us as we are with 2 years child. Staff were friendly, foods at restaurants are good. Only complains are that many were smoking at the private beach, and wifi was very slow or unavailable at most time during the stay.

"Nice Hotel close to the beach"
We stayed in a pool pavilion suite. It was very nice room but probably just needed to be fine tuned a bit. Our bath had bang marks and bits missing. Other than just a few things needing to be replaced it was an overall nice resort. The buffet Breakfast was excellent with fantastic variety. The Staff were very accommodating for a late check out at the last moment. They were very hospitable on other requests when one day we weren't feeling well and the maid service was fantastic.

"Nice hotel, lovely location"
A beautiful hotel and a lovely location. We were wowed when we walked into our room. Great decor - industrial feel. If you want more traditional Thailand that is quieter, then this hotel and this location is for you. If you want KFC, McDonalds, Tesco, lots of nightclubs and sex shows then this isn't the location for you. Great location, very close to the beach. 3 pools, 2 for adults only. Only tried 2 of the restaurants as we ate on the beach in the village. The restaurants in the village are ON the beach, a fantastic location. Would definitely return. The hotel provides a car to Phuket town and Patong for 300 baht one way. We paid 600 - 800 baht for a taxi back to the hotel (the hotel does provide a return service but we wanted to go to the Phuket town night markets and the return bus left too early). I would definitely suggest visiting the Gibbon rehabilitation centre a short drive from the hotel ( the hotel provides a tour to the centre), they are doing great work trying to return Gibbons into the wild. Don't be part of the problem, don't have photo's taken with Gibbons or monkeys on the street. This doesn't happen in Nai Yang only the more touristy areas. Would definitely recommend the hotel, be aware there is a service tax and VAT added to the hotel restaurants and tours.

"Luxury hotel next to the beach and the airport"
The hotel is quite close to the airport. It has been designed to look rather special, with some eccentric touches that set it apart from the usual chains (e.g portraits of Mao and QE2 outside the gents and ladies). Unfortunately this did not include covered walkways between the maze of buildings, so in monsoon season you might want to be driven around in the little golf carts to avoid getting completely soaked. The staff were very friendly, especially the young foreign interns. The beach was very messy due to the rains; I would not want to walk barefoot on it though some people did. There is a mini village between the hotel and the beach with cheap restaurants and bars. The rooms could be quite romantic if there were two of you. I only stayed here because it was on sale since otherwise it would be out of my price range.

"A little piece of Paradise"
Staff were very friendly but language was a little challenging at times. The ambiance of the hotel was amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located in Nai Yang, a former tin mine area. The decor was very tastefully done a hinted at some of the area's history. Many local restaurants just outside hotel to have dinner. We ate on the beach and the meals cost less than half as charged at hotel. Fresh seafood which you select and is cooked for you. We especially liked Prens and Muyee. Nothing like good food, feet in the sand and cool breeze to keep the bugs away.

"A beautiful, well run resort."
The hotel has interesting design touches and the grounds are lovely. The food at the restaurants is delicious, however the breakfast, while ample with almost every dish you could want, could have been better quality. Cocktail happy hours were a great bonus. The pools are beautiful and it's great to have adults only pools. The beach of nai yang is relaxed and a bit scruffy but has some charm with good cheap eating and is nice for a change from the resort. My only complaint is that it is quite far from phuket town and patong, and the options for going to these places are generally expensive. This included the hotel shuttle which was not only expensive but only ran a few times each day. We got the public bus which was five times cheaper and easy to do but took a fair bit longer.

"Indigo Pearl - fantastic stay"
Absolutely fantastic stay at the Indigo Pearl. Wonderful clean rooms and pools, great food, great service. The restaurants and shops at the beachfront are also great, we bought fresh fruit etc there, and ate out several times very cheaply. Didn't go swimming in the sea, it was a bit rough, but it was monsoon season. Rained a couple of days but cleared up for the remainder of our trip. At this time of year (June) there were very few tourists, which was great. Loved it and would definitely go back.

"Amazing rooms and food!"
This resort is amazing! The rooms are fantastic, the pools are perfect and the restaurants divine. Sure, the prices for food and beverage are a little expensive but the quality and atmosphere of the resort and food makes up for that - plus, you can always head to the beach for cheaper options if you like. We had the best meal of our lives at this hotel!! The only downside was the beach. Like many places in Thailand places that aren't owned are not looked after. The beach was covered with plastic bottles and garbage which limited us to only one walk during our stay. Having said that, the resort pools are so nice we didn't feel like heading to the beach much anyway! You would think the hotel would have one spare person to pick up litter for an hour a day but this is Thailand... Overall - STAY HERE - you won't regret it one bit.

"Indigo Pearl - Good value in off peak season"
Good hotel, we liked the industrial style. Food ok but no great variety (during our 9 days we got same breakfast every morning). Quality - cost ratio was good because of great discount (off peak season) but definitely overpriced in peak season for what it provides. Friendly staff and good opportunities to dine outside the resort. Great service provided by the diving office nearby the hotel. Thanks to Freddy !

"Well designed, beautiful modern, close to airport"
Indigo Pearl was a beautiful hotel. Very nice staff. Of course, it was NOT cheap so you get the high level design and service for which you pay. The downside is the beach on this side of Phuket Island. The hotel must clean it up directly at the beach club, but left or right, there is refuse that washes up on the beach and it is not cleaned. Made me want to return to Indigo Pearl, but not necessarily go back to Phuket.

"Great for chill out holiday"
Staff are extremely attentive, and polite. The hotel pools were very nice and the surroundings too, the suite we stayed in was beautiful. The resort isnt cheap to eat and drink, but the food and drink was very nice. In fact the best hotel we had room service in, with the quality and service and worked out cheaper than eating at the restaurants, unless you would eat alot and therefore the buffets would work out cheaper for you. The only downside was the location it was a little out in the sticks, which we didnt appreciate until we arrived and the near by beach wasnt as clean and tidy as we hoped so didnt visit it that often, which was disappointing, the near by restaurants and bars were also a little to shabby compared to the other near by resort 2-3 miles. Phuket was also a good 40 mins away too

"Totally Relaxing"
Located on beautiful Nai Young beach the Indigo Pearl is a perfect place to escape from the world. Sprawling well manicured grounds, 3 pools with 2 being adults only, great facilities, food and service. The surrounding neighbourhood is very quiet with about 20 very low key bar/restaurants, a few shops run by friendly people who don't hassle or pressure you. This place is the polar opposite of Patong beach. A great place to relax and re-charge.

"More like 3 stars..."
Too expensive for what it really is. The hotel itself is really beautiful, but as for the staff and service I would say more like 3 stars. Check in took too long, especially sitting outside in the 40 degree heat. Too many staff, and they all wanted tips for little to no good service. Had to walk to your own room in the heat (remember its a big resort, and there is gold buggies everywhere??), and they still wanted a tip for directing you there. They delivered your bags, but an hour after waiting in your room, and this required two guys wanting a tip as well. This isn't 5 star service. The little shops around and the taxi service is a total rip off, they know your staying at a 5 star resort so they charge you triple what they would in Patong beach. (1,800 baht for one way to Patong, but from Patong to airport or back to resort around 600 baht) We stayed in Patong beach in a 4 star, and in Phi Phi island in a 3 star resort before this hotel, and all i can say is the service was way better in these hotels than the Indigo pearl. All I can say is the Suite was nice, had a nice layout, and the buffet breakfast was nice, but the service ruined the whole 5 star experience. Definitely not worth $300AUD a night, go elsewhere.

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in and I didn't want to leave. I was expecting excellence and that's what I got. Our room had a private garden and a private salt water pool, ideal for relaxing. Meters from the beach (no view due to shops and bars) which is full of Thai restaurants and bars. "Perfect relaxing Phuket holiday"
Fabulous all round. Loved our stay at indigo pearl. would suit family's and couples. Loved the three pools, two are adults only. Superb buffet breakie, including Thai street food. All four restaurants in the hotel were great. The signature restaurant, black ginger, was over priced and not that much better than the much cheaper Monday night buffet in tin mine. Although the atmosphere at black ginger was sensation, so would recommend going there for drinks. Lots of great eating options on the beach just outside the resort. We were blown away by the fantastic design / layout of the resort. Attention to detail in the interior design was impressive and stuck to the origins of the area. Even though it was booked out, never felt crowded. A real multicultural guest base, not many Aussies which we always look for :-) the location is quite isolated, but that's exactly what we were after. And that's what we got. We booked a pool villa which was v spacious and relaxing, but we used the resort pools more frequently as they were warmer & had food / beverage options. indigo pearl is near the airport but you dont hear planes. Rarely hassled by street sellers. The resort is away from the carnage of patong / karon beach etc. late check out free of charge was not an issue - and you could use the facilities including showers in the fitness centre after check out. We could not have been happier with our stay....unless we booked for another few nights.

"Incredible hotel"
The Indigo Pearl did not disappoint; decor and attention to detail paid designing this unique hotel make it a delightful destination. The Black Ginger restaurant is not be be missed for exactly this reason - being pulled across the lagoon/moat to the restaurant on a raft was a really surreal experience! The location was great - the beach is literally right across the road and the private beach club was very comfortable. My only complaint is that some of the design details - while aesthetically pleasing were really not functional, and detracted from the comfort of our stay. I stayed in a private pool villa, which had a VERY complicated lighting set up, none of which was labelled. It was impossible to figure out how to turn on and off lights in various parts of the villa and pool courtyard and we spent many frustrating minutes flipping on and off all of the switches. Similarly, the bathroom taps were lovely from a design perspective, but we actually had to call the front desk to figure out how to get water to come out of them! Finally, making the actual bed frame out of tin was definitely a step too far! Every time we rolled over in the bed the tin loudly snapped and banged and woke us up - totally not functional! We contemplated pulling the mattress off the frame and just sleeping on the floor, These inconveniences were balanced out by the lovely surroundings, incredible food and attentive and friendly service we enjoyed from the staff.

The decor and sculptures around the hotel are quirky making it fun and interesting. The staff are all friendly. The rooms could do with a better standard of cleaning as we found the bathrooms and floor were not cleaned when the maid came. There are many places to eat just outside that are very reasonably priced, but the food at the hotel is also very good. Services such as buggy rides around the hotel should be more available.
