Having stayed at the Landis Hotel in Taipei, I expected Icon to offer the same service quality or better. After checking in, no one bothered to show us to our room and introduce us to the facilites available. I booked a harbor view room for an increased price. Sure there was a view of the harbor, if you looked to the left side. Directly outside my window was the rooftop of the mall. The concierge was helpful. I had one meal at the lobby cafe. My mom ordered a chowder in bread bowl. The bread came out toasted with green mold!! How did they miss that?! Killed our appetites immediately! I've read comments comparing Icon to the Four Seasons. One of our travel companions stayed there and I had an opportunity to rest in her room during our long afternoons in Hong Kong island. The hotel is impeccable and there was definitely no mold in our food.

Decent size room for Hong Kong. Definitely not huge but plenty big enough. Nice bathroom. Perfect Kowloon location. Clean and nice

Rooms very small and very plain, staff helpfull but only knew very basic english, not able to make international calls from room and need to pay to go into swimming pool which is quite a distance to get into. the hotel description and location was as expected. very good value for money. stayed at the topmost floor and had quite an interesting view of the channel. front desk staff were friendly, courteous and helpful and the hotel had a very convenient shopping arcade right at the basement ... plus bus transport to the mtr station right in front of the hotel. Het ligging van het hotel is wel afgelegen maar met openbaar vervoer is goed te doen. Het Tsing Yi shopping mall is niet zo ver van de hotel met de mini bus kom je in 5 min. bij de shopping mall.

"香港华逸酒店"
房间并不像有人说的那么小， 正常偏小而已， 是红茶馆的两三倍啊！ 所以简直是惊喜。 我住最高层30L， 空间倒是很高。 不过同行有人第一次来香港， ta还是觉得太小。。。
