The room was not very clean, had an odor, the towels were grey, and the "Continental" breakfast was minimal. The bed was too hard and lacked good pillows. It was worth no more than $40 comparred to our other 2 Hotels.com lodgings, yet was the most expensive by $5. "Making lemonade from lemons"
Desk clerk Tina tried everything to make our stay comfortable. However, we had to change rooms (no wifi in first room), in 2nd room remote for tv was gone and we had to ask for one, and then the toilet stool ran over. "Don't Stop Here!"
We stopped in for the night during a road trip. My expectations weren't really high but I had stayed at Super 8 before and had a good experience. Not fancy or with a lot of amenities, just clean and comfortable. The man at the front desk was pleasant and friendly but the rest of the stay, not pleasant at all! The hotel smelled; the carpet in the room […] was so dirty we had to line the floor with towels. The sheets were stained and the pillow cases looked like they had never been changed. The towel rack in the bathroom looked like it had been broken and pieces of what was left were still hanging on the wall! The entire place needed some attention by the manager AND health department! "CLOSE TO ALL THE SIGHTS"

"Super 8 in Rawlins, WY"
The hotel was overpriced for what we got. Our bathroom door would not close completely...we had to use two hands just to get it close to closing. The shower curtain was changed but the holes were not filled and wall was not repainted. The carpet was stained. Our deadbolt did not work. "Just OK, will not stay again."
No elevator or handicap access to upstairs. Room clean, but the rest of the motel is dirty and smells. The halls have cigarette butts on the floor. The breakfast room is crowded and smells. "Functional only"
This was a base Super8. Met functional needs, but not very pleasing to the eye or nose. Breakfast was limited and fruit gone in first hour. Most hotel rates are based on double occupancy, but Super8 wanted to charge additional twenty dollars for second person in room. It was dirty,the rooms were in bad shape. The beds were very uncomfortable. Check in was a mess the person at the counter had no idea what she was doing. Parking was a joke. I will never stay again.
