"a bit older of a Motel, but I was very impressed"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
This was a bit older of a Motel, but I was very impressed how clean it was.I was very happy with the service people. Very friendly and helpful. I missed my plane and they were very good to me and I stayed there one more night. The price is in relationship with the kind of motel this and i was pleased. They deserve their / your business. Their breakfast is only muffins and orange juice.

Downtown Seattle stretches along Puget Sound from historic Pioneer Square in the south to trendy Belltown in the north. In between, office towers, shopping gallerias, and brick condos line the leafy avenues. The convention center is here, as is Pike Place Market, where salmon fly. Don’t miss the futuristic main library. Seattle’s twin stadiums and the International District lie south of downtown.

Loved this place. It is one of the older hotels in Seattle that has done a great job of keeping current. Not your granite counter top, jacuzzi spa hotel. A quaint, well accommodating place to stay. Close to Pike's market and the new light rail system. Who needs a car when you stay here!

"Best find in Seattle!"
I loved it. I understand the remodel has just been a few years. I think the hotel has done a really good job with the remodel. The color choices, the way they use mirrors to help with the feel and ambiance, impressed me. I also found the bed very comfortable and thought the marble used in the shower of my single Queen bed was beautiful. I had a small […] view of the sound and I just had to walk two blocks to be at Pike's Market and fun cafes, boutiques. I also loved learning about The Moore Theatre. Gillian Welch played while I was there, but I missed the performance. It looked like she had a good turnout, though, because the street was busy with excited looking people. You just can't beat this hotel for access to the train and mass transit and how comfortable your pocket book is because you didn't spend a fortune to get a great experience. I watched the front desk people work really hard answering tourist questions and being a resource. I traveled solo and was very comfortable. I will return! Read more
"Very nice affordable hotel"
This is a good, clean hotel at a very affordable price. Close to all Seattle tourist sights, with a polite staff. I liked the funky, animal print carpet in the hallway, and the origami folded donkey bath towel.
"The Moore Hotel in Seattle"
The hotel is old, but clean. The rooms are small and very plain. The surrounding area is very bad as there are a lot of street people hanging around the area. Not very comfortable as you have to walk by them every time you leave the hotel. Would not return to this hotel. The staff at the hotel was very nice...
"The Moore Hotel - within my budget, great location"
The building is a bit old but clean, excellent location, friendly staff.
