The Holekamp House B&B is a charming property, just a few blocks from the historic downtown area. The House has an interesting history. The proprietors, John and Mary, have done a nice job of keeping the property in its original condition. There is a picture of the house from the early days upstairs by the microwave. Compare it to the current condition. […] The rooms are comfortable and the mattresses are outstanding. The only downside of the room is that there was no shampoo in the shower. We had a wonderful stay at Holekamp B&B. The room was warm and comfortable, and John & Mary made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. It was awesome! John and Mary made us feel at home. The house was built in the early 1900's. The history of the house was very informtive. The breakfast was amazing. The price was very reasonable. I didn't want to leave. I can't wait to return. It was beautiful!

We had a wonderful time here! The owners prepared a delicious (and huge!) breakfast every morning where we got to eat with the other guests. They even noticed I had a gluten intolerance w/out me telling them (I didn't eat the gluten half of my breakfast) and made me a special breakfast! The rooms were beautiful. Must say, my husband and I were so totally thankful we stayed with John and Mary at their beautiful and welcoming B&B! I usually have to carry a tempurpedic topper to sleep at ANY hotel--not here--the bed was soft and sheets heavenly, as were Mary's breakfasts! Yummy! Very comfortable. Big rooms. For the area a nice pic for couples without kids. Not a negative; just no kid things available, but do have lots of board games available. Very good breakfast .....not fantastic but very good. My only rub was the coffee....not that great..but available early.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Holekamp Bed and Breadkfast. The owner met us at the door of the beautifully decorated home and showed us to our spacious room. Homemade cookies were waiting for us on the night stand and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding. The owners were friendly and helpful.
