They need fresh paint, they should take the ironing board out of the bedroom!, they should have a clean,soft cotton bedspread and better art. People would ratherr pay a bit more for a nicer place.

This place is very dated. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Too bad they don't update the inside. The comforters on the beds were very old, dingy, and worn. uncomfortable bed - thin walls, therefore we heard all sorts of noises from other guests at early hours of the a.m.. asked to be moved and were not accomodated.

There's construction going on 8am to 5pm. Only one stairway to 2nd floor,no elevator, only one ice machine at the bottom of the stairway quite a way from my room. No refrigerator , no microwave, no real tv channel listing, the curtain over the window was just one cuertain, and at night with you room light on, you could see through the curtain into the […] room. My maid was knocking at my door to clean the room at 8:40am, and I was just getting out of bed. We understand the hotel was under constructions and we were informed of that before we came. However the carpeting could have been cleaner and there were little piles of cigarette butts all around the property. Rooms were a little small for families.

The interior of the room was very spartan and dated. Water damage on the wall in the bathroom. A/C unit could not keep up with outside air temps (85 degF) with one person in the room. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Excellent housekeeping. No pool!!

easy to find, maybe a bit overpriced for a place under renovation, but the room was clean and did not smell funny, the toiletries were pretty, the breakfast was varied, and there was free computer access in the lobby, Los Gatos is really nice, so all together it was a good find.

There was construction going on which was not an inconvenience but they should remodel the rooms before any add on. Very good stay. Impressed with the overall condition of the hotel and the customer service of the front desk personnel. Only slight negative lies in the noisy neighbors on both sides. But I realize that there's only so much you can do about the accoustics. Overall, I recommend it to others.

This place is old and tired. The furnishing were actually in good shape considering how old and cheap they were. Wifi was broken, smoke free room smelled of tobacco, breakfast was best described as sugar snacks. This "inn" should be rated at most one star.

The room is very dated, probably early 80's, and run down. The bed is ok, rest of the room is ugly and kind of depressing. The wireless internet is totally non functional. Construction in the parking lot is ongoing, no big deal. Not terrible for the price but I wont stay here again.

When I pulled up to the motel, I was dismayed to find no parking lot and the front filled with earthmoving equipment. It was late, so I told the front office that I would stay the night, but I wasn't going to stay there the entire week. But the room was so quiet and comfortable, that I ended up staying the entire trip. They made sure not to start the […] rebuilding of the parking lot until after 9 in the morning, leaving the night and early morning to quiet. If this is how nice it is during a major rebuild, then once they get done, I expect this place will be very quiet. I stay in the Bay Area hotels as many as 100-150 nights per year and this is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at. Only thing I would change would be to add refrigerators to rooms. Read more

We only stayed one night. The sink did not drain. No bath soap in the room, we had to request it. The next morning we did report that the sink did not drain and it was fixed immediately. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was continental, with biscotti, fruit juice, coffee/tea and sweet rolls.
