My new bride and I had a pleasant stay here. The condo we had was awesome and the tub is huge. When we come back to the Smokies, we will be staying here. The rooms are costly but hey we are on vacation. great place to stay.

My husband and I needed time away from home. We are raising grand kids and just needed some time to ourselves. We have stayed there before and were pleased both stays. This is an older building and is in need of some upgrades. But all in all was a comfortable place to stay. We did enjoy our stay.

We are minutes from Carson Newman College, Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Le Sportex, and Loni Bird Wood. Outdoor activities in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park include hiking, fishing, horseback riding, and auto tours.

Not much. It was okay, just average. Got there I learned if I had made reservations direct my three day stay would have been $35 less, which did not make me happy. Breakfast was sparse, no fruit, rolls, nor bread or bagels. Only one shampoo in the bathroom for the two of us, and on the last night there, no coffee in the room for the next morning. Little […] things like that add up. Office/breakfast area had a strong odor of cleaning fluids.I doubt I will work with you again. Big concern I have is they gave me a paid receipt showing I had paid $109 to them, which I did not, but I will watch my credit card bill and make sure I don't get charged twice for that room. As others have noted, the walls are not well insulated for sound, but, it didnt really cause me any trouble. I didnt have people in the rooms next to me, so, it was just random hall noise. Bed was comfortable, the room was VERY clean and new, there was a coffee maker, microwave and little fridge in the room. I did not eat the breakfast, so no comment […] on that, but the staff was very nice, and they had my cell phone charger at the desk when I realized I left it there, so, very helpful and honest. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. And would recommend it to anyone. Read more

The hotel was very clean and convenient to several good rrestuarants. The cable television had more channels than any hotel that I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

We chose this hotel for it's location on a trip from Michigan to Charleston,SC and we were very satisfied with the room for the price. The Jefferson Inn was pet friendly and charged a reasonable pet fee. Staff were very pleasant. They were very accomodating and gave us a room close to an exit so it was easy to go in and out with the dog. Only problem […] was that there wasn't a really good grassy spot to walk the dog. for one night it was not a big deal. Our room was very clean and breakfast was a small contintental buffet with coffee, juice, tea,waffles,donuts and cereal. Cereal was fruit loops and raisin brand.
