      Front lobby was unaccessable because it is being remodeled. not really a problem though. Will be nice when done. Room was clean and neat. Quiet and comfortable. We received a wake up call but because the ringer was off on the phones, we did not get the call - just the red light blinked. Not a problem, we were already awake. Breakfast available at 6 but i was already gone by then. My daughter, who lives 2 hrs away, was able to make breakfast before driving home. Hotel shuttle was on time and driver very courteous.

      This Hotel is right near the dowtown buisness area. However, everything there makes it see, its farther away from people to give that soothing feeling of relaxing when you need it. Great old time feel and warmth from the people that work there. This will be my regular stoppong place when in the area.

      Rolling into Billings I thought we might have to stop and punch the address into GPS. Conveniently, the first exit I would've stopped at just so happened to have instant and obvious access to the hotel, so no complicated process was needed!

    We only stayed for 1 night, didn't spend hardly any time in our room, but what time we did stay there, it was very pleasant. Staff was very friendly and... always smiling at the front desk. No problems at all. There are all kinds of eating places right by the hotel, such as Denny's about 50 feet from there, and a Perkins, Outback, Texas Road House, Olive Garden, Red Lobster and more all within about 2 minutes. Very convenient spot. Walmart, ShopKo, Best Buy and more shopping within 5-10 minutes of hotel. We will definitely stay there again. by Donald B  from Billings MT on 05/03/13

    We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and the clerk said my reservation was for a room with a balcony. Room was beautiful nice large screen flat panel tv, granite in the bathroom. Loved the atrium and they did shut it down at 11pm so the sound wouldn't carry. Four hot tubs hidden in the atrium we managed to get one on our last night, enjoyed […] the pool too. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. If your considering this hotel I suggest you request a ground floor interior room easier to get to hot tubs.     This was a beautiful hotel with a resort feel to the central atrium. Not really the best place to choose when you're just passing through. We had a room that overlooked the atrium and it had a lovely balcony. The only drawback was that we had driven about 9 hours to reach Billings and I was too tired to really appreciate the niceties of the room. The […] atrium can be very noisy due to an echo effect, so light sleepers should request a room facing the parking lot. I'm not, so it wasn't a problem. The only problems I had with the hotel was with the breakfast. It's practically carb heaven: pancakes, toast, bagels, etc. The protien consists of hard boiled eggs, peanut butter and yogurt. Fruit comes in a cup small packaged by Dole. Also, the coffee that morning was not available due to poor planning (it was still frozen at 7:45 - and clearly didn't come from beans). If you're glutten free or like a balanced breakfast I advise you plan to breakfast elsewhere. Otherwise it's a perfectly lovely place to stay. Read more

    We lovelovelove the Cmon Inn! The only times we don't stay there when on vacation is either A) they are booked up, or B) we're trying to save money. Love the super comfy beds (firm underneath, but cushy top); love the super clean, fresh smelling rooms; love the understated, classy decor; love the 4 pillows for each bed, the wall thermostat, the large […] (for a mini) fridge with a good sized freezer compartment. Two things that weren't 100% wonderful were: 1) the internet (which was very speedy!) and cable went down throughout the hotel for about 30 minutes. To their credit, that was astoundingly quick; but for the TV to go out?? Wow, they should have a back up plan...and 2) the shower head must be one of those "rainfall" styles--very, very soft spray with no way to adjust it to be harder. I didn't mind it, but hubby likes a very strong, almost hurtful spray. Not big deals at all. We had a 2nd floor courtyard room very near the pool area, and if we had wanted to go to sleep before 11:00 p.m., it would've been difficult with all the noise from kids yelling and laughing...so if you're a light sleeper/early turn in, ask for a non courtyard room.     I had stayed at this hotel for a girls weekend (which was awesome by the way!) and wanted to stay here again with my family. We came up to Billings for a short get-away and shopping. Our kids are 15 and 11, and they both loved all the hot tubs and the rocky decor. They fed the Koi fish, which was fun.     We have stayed here many times and have always had friendly service. The hotel is pretty well maintained, but like anything should pay attention to the details which will help them keep up the building. Nice breakfast.

    This hotel is in excellent location for shopping, and other needs. We especially liked the several hot tubs available to us and the breakfast in the morning was great. The eating area is clean and nice but, we could walk right out our room door and bring breakfast back to the room.

    The C'mon Inn in Billings Montana is the nicest hotel in the area. Price is the same as other hotels and well worth it! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the beds are just as comfortable! I highly recommend staying there! Very kid friendly but quiet enough for business needs. Very impressed!

The room was spotless, the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in, and the waterfall and rock features were great.     the rooms were meticulous, the mattresses amazing, and the HBO free! the atrium courtyard was very cute. there wasn't much besides chain restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but it is a very short drive to the airport and city center.

    There are many new hotels in this surrounding area. This one is old, and the service is not particularly good. The indoor landscaping might be nice for winter, and that's it. The Fairfield Inn by Marriot next door seems brand new, wish I had booked that one instead.
