good location to the Canton Fair. The staff are very helpful, the room are clean. it is worth the money to stay. The only thing I don't like is the bathroom don't have the electrical plug for hair dryer, you have to dry your hair in the room, that was a minus.

it is a very clean new hotel, but definatley not a 4 star hotel, tops 2.5 3 star, for 4 star hotel you should have a good english speaking staff, which it lacks, The hotel staff trys to be extremly friendly. I have paid for better hotels and this 30% cheaper in guangzhou. also the neighborhood is scary, I went out for a walk around 5pm, right outside the hotel a woman begger chased me asking for money and food and there were two other guys following me. This was less than 50ft of the hotel. I walked in the store and stayed there until a taxi stopped by and I took a taxi back to the hotel, literary took a taxi for 1/4 of mile. and I normally walk 3 miles a day.

I was pleasantly surprised about the Hotel and its accommodations. The rooms where spacious and clean. It is located across the road from a large park. The rate did include breakfast, which was buffet stile.

Incredible 5 star service level beyond the 4 star rating I was expecting. Marble floors everywhere, (carpeted rooms). very luxurious, clean rooms and bathrooms are impeccable. Included a breakfast buffet like the brunches you'd pay $30 for in the US. At least a dozen cooked selections plus salads, fruits and the omelet man making custom omelets. Good TV and internet (ethernet) connection in the room. It was close to the huge trade show I went to but a 15 min taxi ride to shopping and city central areas. However taxis are cheap. (Avoid anything but a real taxi at airports and train stations as they 7X the price ripoff) Its across street from a large park. Area behind and beside hotel not a great place to walk but we did and discovered a ton of local small shops and restaurants, where the locals go but hotel staff wont tell you about. Just walk fast be aware and its OK and safe. The hotel restaurant is excellent and good prices, no real need to walk out anyway.
