We stayed for one night to run the Hyannis Marathon. The hotel is basic, clean and inexpensive. Perfect for a one night stop over. The staff were lovely, super helpful and friendly, both when I had to call ahead with questions and during our stay. It was a bit tricky to control the heat. If we turned the heat on it got very hot very quickly and then we had to turn it off and let it get cool again before starting the process again :-) Overall, good value and we would stay again. Thank you so very much to the desk staff who allowed us to check out a little late because we were freezing cold and soaked through after the marathon - very much appreciated :-)

We all loved the outdoor heated pool!! Didn't even realize they had one until we got there. Very clean rooms and everything you need right at the Hotel. The kids loved the arcade and live animal show they had on Saturday night. Hotel was convienent to stay in for the Hyannis Half Marathon!

I was here for a curling (not golf) event. The room could use a face lift. It's age is showing. But it was clean, comfortable and convenient. I would return.

Enjoyed my stay. It was a good price for a decent room. Breakfast would have been nice, but plenty of options nearby to walk to.
"cheap yet shady"
I wanted something for the night that accepted pets. Other motels which said they allowed pets listed fees, yet this one stated pets accepted not list any fees, so I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival I was informed of the $20 pet fee. Since I was not able to get a refund for the room through Expedia I was forced to pay the fee. Of course the fee […] needed to be paid in cash and to the motel operator directly with no receipt. The rooms were small with uncomfortable beds and don't expect to swim in the pool unless you like very cold pool water. If you want a cheap motel this is it, just don't bring a pet. The hotel was very reasonable, excellent location, and the owners/managers were very friendly. They offered a small but good variety breakfast considering the size of the room. I wanted an inexpensive hotel to stay for one night, which is close to impossible at this time of year in Cape Cod. However, this was one of two that popped up. Then 10 minute later, this hotel was the only one left. So, I quickly grabbed it. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. We found spiders under the pillow cases, bathroom door had been kicked in and had no latch, lights pushed through the ceiling, blanket was not large enough for king size bed, no mattress pad, sheets were yellow, wrinkled and stained, several ceiling tiles falling in, a pile of dirt behind bathroom door, smelled musty, windows dirty, foul oder from air […] conditioning. just an expression but the cleaning lady needs to have her eyes checked, cheap prices attrack low-lifes and that can be a problem as it was with one lun_atic bit_ch above us.
