All we wanted was a cheap place to sleep and it wasn't much more than that. The man at the desk was unpleasant. A woman's voice was screaming at the house keeping at one point, very uncomfortable to listen to. But like I said, we just wanted a bed to sleep in and the room was OK.

I needed a room only for 1 night. For me it was perfect. The room was clean and the clerk helpful. The wafle machine in the morning is great. If you're looking for something not fancy for a quick stay I recommend it.

it was great, one of the lamps was missing a light bulb but once we reported it the staff found one no problem. breakfast bar was nice would like some yogurt along with the cinnamon rolls and waffles but having fresh fruit was great. the manager wasn't super friendly or descriptive with directions but he wasn't rude either.

The room smelled. Not sure of what. The carpet was filthy with huge stains. Bed was old and uncomfortable. The shower made a screeching sound when turned on. Noisy neighborhood on a main street with lots of sirens. Very noisy fan/heater/air conditioner, but it did block out most of the street noise. This place was just overall icky and dirty.

This stay was simply for overnight sleep and clean up. Did not look into or use any of the amenities, so I don't have any feedback pro or con. Room was clean and in good repair. Easy to find in downtown. Had convenience store and restaurants close by.

The room was clean, comfortable and adequate for one night stay. The remote did not work, which was exchanged by the front desk immidiately. However the sink did not drain properly, which I didn't report until my departure. Overall I'm describing my stay as positive, and would go back .

I stay in this hotel for business 1 day each month. It is clean, comfy and the manager is very nice. And it is one of the least expensive places to stay in Woodland. Each room has a refrigerator, microwave and a lcd tv screen. They also have free wifi and a small continental breakfast with a waffle maker. We stayed here based on so many lovely reviews. We must have the wrong hotel. We arrived at 9:55 pm after traveling all day to find the lobby closed and had to ring the night bell to check in. The night manager seemed very irritated at our late arrival and my husband was afraid he wasn't going to allow us to check in. The room was clean, but the sheets […] were worn out. This hotel is a basic hotel with luxurious attention to detail. The room was clean, neat and modern. It had single cup coffee in the room, right on Main Street close to small shops and a redesigned down town.

Far west end of town: we were just about the only ones there. Toilet paper and "kleenex" were made of sandpaper and if the bed was a queen size, I'm four feet tall. Skip this one unless you're desperate.

A try to upgrade the room has been made. The workmanship is less then journeymen level. The noise level that was present was from individual entering and existing room was annoying. Breakfast hours starting at 7:00 was a little late for my needs.

I wanted a hotel that had a pool. I was told by the manager that their pool was closed and would be closed for the next year. The pool was turning green from lack of cleaning. My kids were very upset. I ended up taking another child and was willing to pay the extra $10 dollars. The manager insisted I pay him cash, and he did not include it in my bill. […] I am sure he pocketed the money. I asked for a non-smoking room. He gave us a smelly room. Our stay was pleasant and affordable. We got a smoking room that was very tidy, although the smoke smell was a bit strong. I chose this hotel because I only planned on staying one night and just needed a place to sleep. When I walked in my room I was plesantly surprised. Everything appeared to be clean and well taken care of. Then I used the restroom and my toilet would not work. They proptly fixed the toilet but it was still an incovenience. I pulled back the covers to […] lay down on the bed an noticed a huge stain on the sheets at the head of the bed. I peeled back all the covers to inspect the sheets and found what appeared to be serval blood and food stayins all over the sheets. I went to turn the lamp on by my bed and it did not work. I further inspected the carpet in the room and decided that it would be best if i wore my shoes while in the room. The next morning I got up and went to take a shower but when I looked in the shower the floor of the shower was covered in mildew and I coldn't stomach standing in that shower. Overal it was not a good experience and it appears that the owners do a good job of trying to hide all of the faults of the hotel. Read more

First off I must say that people that live in Woodland told me not to stay there. But I stayed anyway and it was so wonderful. I go to Woodland on business 1 weekend a month and I was staying at some of the other places. Stay here because 1. On hotels.com they always are running a special. And 2.
