really enjoyed it. Only downfall was the walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors but, would stay there again.

they were great. they did all they could for us. we had stayed at another hotel chain the night before and we were disgusted by their service and mannors. and they wouldn't lift a finger. the were way more expensive. then we found this hotel online. i was kinda nervous bc it was cheaper. but boy im happy we stayed here. they let us check in early and even let us check out late at no additional charge. and the continental breakfast was great. a variety to choose from and it actually tasted well. thanks for a great stay!! ill def use this hotel again!!

"Nice get-away place"
We thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay at the Yellow House. The Kinsale suite was spacious and comfortable, the main house had several areas for relaxation and the host made sure everyone was comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend the Yellow House.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Lovely Bed & Breakfast in Smoky Mountains"
This is a beautiful bed and breakfast close to Waynesville, NC and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our room was lovely and had every convenience, including a fireplace for the chilly nights. "40th Wedding anniversary"
We celebrated our 40th Wedding anniversary at The Yellow House. What a wonderful experience we had. The host was so much fun and helpful, and the food was wonderful. The rooms and the house were very clean. It is a wonderful place to go and relax and enjoy the company.
