It's a convenient and reasonable suite hotel near 6 flags. It has a good warm breakfast. I give complements to Rausa who works hard and efficiently and when I woke up late, helped get us food. There are many fastfood places like inn n out, carls jr and taco bell nearby as well as a walmart. It's a 30 min drive to hollywood and universal studios which […] is good. It's pet friendly which can be a plus or minus. I hated the tight hotel room, not so much because of room size but La Quinta's terrible layout with useless furniture which could have been just as functional with less space. There was little room to open a full size suitcase, and both the property and Hotels.com did not make it seamless to upgrade the room to a bigger size. We were very disappointed the room had 2 dirty towels the bathroom door lock was missing. Front desk staff was not up to par. We're to concerned with their own conversations to answer my questions properly. Will never recommend a La Quinta. It was our first and last time staying there.

La Quinta Inn's never disappoints. At this location in particular, the cleanliness of the hotel, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was above what we expected. And the added convenience of the proximity to Six Flags Magic Mountain made our stay very memorable.

I was ready to write a bad review for this place. The air conditioner in our room wasn't working, and the folks upstairs were engaged in a soccer match above our heads at 10:30 pm. But the staff relocated us to a cooler, quieter room, and for the quality of service, I'll give this place good marks.

The hotel was great, the staff were helpful. The hotel allows dogs, so most guests will have one. I love dogs, so it was a pleasant surprise to me, but if you're allergic you might want to pick somewhere else. Otherwise, no complaints.

My one complaint would be that this is a pet friendly hotel - which is fine - but next time I will definitely ask to NOT be placed next door to a room with dogs. I think the hotel was good....I like that it was close to Magic Mtn. I like that they served a full breakfast. The eggs were not good but the rest of it was pretty good. The pillows in the room were flat! Other than that it was a very good hotel.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel. Employee's very informative, breakfast quite good. If I had a complaint, it would be that the pool was way too shallow for anyone wanting to do laps. Would defitely stay again when passing through.

The staff cannot control the noise all the time. We were bothered our first night because the people wouldn't turn their tv down after midnight. Everything else about our stay was perfect. The La Quinta in Santa Clarita was great! The room wasn't large, however, it was comfortable and very quiet. I only had the breakfast one day and the food was fine. The staff is friendly. The hotel is very close to the freeway with easy access. I would stay here again.

The Front Desk was friendly and very hospitable. The hotel was clean and very inviting with refreshments readily available for the guests. The rooms were very nice and would love to return here again for a quick stop over between the next city of visit.

Room was a bit smaller than expected but, even though it was on the freeway side, outside noise was minimal. Noise from hall and other rooms, not so quite. Breakfast, well what can one say about powdered eggs and greasy bacon. Don't eat cereal or bread so that didn't leave much!! Real eggs would be good!

I selected this hotel because it is dog friendly and in fact, dogs stay for free. The hotel was very clean (rooms and hotel lobby), the staff was very polite and helpful. One area of improvement is that because it is dog friendly, there are a lot of dogs, and although you have to sign an agreement that certain breeds of dogs are not allowed, I saw one […] dog there that I believe was on the not allowed list who was off-leash in the dog relief area while i was with my small chihuahua who has been bitten a similar type of dog before. When the owner saw me, she turned and grabbed her dog by the collar and I went the other way. Nothing happened,but if the hotel has a policy regarding certain dogs, they should enforce it. It clearly states, dogs must be on leashes, and for owners to pick up after their dog, but still found several instances of dogs off-leash and poops left on the grass. I understand that owners want their dogs to be able to roam around free, but do that in your own backyard or specially marked off-leash parks please. Don't do it at a hotel where other dogs, who are not familiar to your dog, are gonna be around. This happened, not with the same dog, more than once, so I started taking my dog to the island in the parking lot instead of using the assigned pet relief grassy area. Read more

Perfect location! Near many restaurants! First time in a long time I have stayed at a hotel with no complaints. The breakfast was more than we expected too! Clean rooms and even though we were facing the freeway it was pretty quiet. The continental breakfast is decent, but stay away from the eggs and meats and just go for the pastries and cereal. Didn't try the pool but it looked nice. Overall a great hotel for the price.

We checked in with two teenagers at the front desk. No greeting what so ever just name and we were on our way. The room was gross. The doors looked as if they were broken into then left on the hinges. Numerous tiles missing were missing in the bathroom. Two of the lamps were broken and did not work. The other lamp, the bulb was hanging out of the socket. […] Never used it due to the possibility of an electrical fire hazard. The air conditioner did not work properly. We failed to sleep that night due to the patrons above banging and stomping. We notified the front desk asking to move, the teenager said they were booked, but she would call the culprits. When we checked out nothing was said, we handed them the key they had no expression, we left. The staff needs training in people skills and instead of using 4 employees when 3 are sitting behind the desk, have them fix items that are broken or clean that place up! Where is a Manager there?
