I was very upset that I got charged a 4.00 fee for something I wasn't aware of. Also, I took a cold shower ALL WEEKEND and that was pretty bad. If I am paying for something I should have at least had hot water to shower and NO ONE ACCOMMODATED ME BUT U CHARGE ME A 4.00 EXTRA FEE REALLY!!!

OK - a bit noisy and mediocre housekeeping (my toilet was not cleaned during my stay even after requesting this although otherwise the room was clean) but comfortable and walking distance to LVCC. Inconvenient if you are taxi-ing about town.

Reception girl's clothes not clean upon arrival. Paint is pealing off the ceilings. Open a faucet in the kithenette - faucet comes off. Open a drawer - knob comes off. Pool is advertised - can't be used. BBQ facilities is advertised - no BBQ facilities available. Room so small with 2 double beds that you can't turn in it. No warm water in shower. Aircon […] did not work so we requested maintenance. No maintenance to come and fix the aircon. We had to call 3 times before we were move to another room in the middle of the night. Same story -aircon works for 5 minutes then no aricon. We sweated the night out. Next morning early residential people who lives there started putting their chairs infront of our room to chill out for the day. When we checked out we had to learn about a resort fee for FREE WiFi and the pool which, according to reseption, everybody pays. The WiFi is free but you have to pay for it. The pool is not available but you have to pay for it????? No senior person available to help with complaints. Read more

easy check-in $50 deposit womt get back till a week later. Place looked like apartments turned into suites. Alot of rights and lefts to get to room with no view. Room was comfortable and cozy . Seperate room and living room w/kitchen. Close to Wynn and Encore. Convenient for Strip. Ill stay again overall.

Expected a suite with amenities commensurate with a "suite", the kitchen amounted to a small microwave, sink and frig with empty cupboards, no housewares except for four paper cups and a coffee maker that would make one paper cup of coffee. We were allowed one cup of caffeinated coffee and one cup of decaffeinated (teabags) the first night (the caffeinated […] coffee actually was replenished with decaffeinated coffee so we really had no caffeine to wake up to after that). This was a room for four which was two double beds-side-by-side in the bedroom, six inches between them and not much room otherwise. Expected complimentary breakfast as advertised, breakfast is “only served on weekends” (we were there Tues-Thurs) no joy. Asked to check out a day early from our three night reservation, found out three nights would be charged anyway. Stayed all three nights and checked out with an extra "facility charge" of over $9 per night after booking the room in advance with a "paid in full" receipt. For the price ok. Did not know from listing it is an extended stay hotel. 4 minute walk from the Encore was the biggest plus. Service was ok, did not get any maid service one day. Does not really seem to be set up as hotel. Furniture was stained/dirty. Sheets were clean.

It was okay, if you're not planning on spending time in the hotel its perfect. It's a 3min walk to the strip and walking distance to most of the hotels/casinos. Definitely worth it if your budget is low.

This hotel is also a long term hotel, for guests who stay a week or a month. It feels a little prison like, with fences around all exterior areas but the gates aren't locked so you can easily get to your room from the parking lot. The WiFi is free, but you have to get a code for the WiFi and it will only work for one device. So if you have a laptop […] and a smart phone, ask for two codes.They'll charge a resort fee, but give a coupon for a "free breakfast" at the attached restaurant. The free breakfast is basically an egg, potatoes, and a meat. So don't expect a buffet. It's clean, but the room doesn't feel updated in the past 20 years. The kitchenette is nice, but the shower head is low. Would stay again, if the price is right. Can be noisy at night, as there are people living there, but the area is quiet and just off the strip. Hotel has plain exterior, and my room was a bit basic and spartan with older style TV sets, but was good sized. Rooms are older but recently remodeled. If you are looking for the cheapest place near the stip this is a good option. The rooms are nothing special and pretty old, but everything was clean enough to stay there. Don't expect much as you aren't paying for much.

Our reservation somewhere else was cancelled without our knowledge and everything was selling out everywhere but 3 hours after searching we found Blair House Suites in our budget and although they need a paint job and to finish contruction in the reception office...the rooms were good and clean and THE BEDS WERE HEAVENLY!!!!

The hotel is a good econo stay. We were here for a business trip at the convention center. The room is clean. The bed is ok. The pillows were lumpy and I had to change them out. Woke up with a stiff neck. Requested the replacement pillow be replaced. Wish housekeeping would have been on top of this. The hotel is close to the convention center, but not within walking distance, esp when it is 100* outside. There were several samples in the bath for lotion, breath rite, and toothpaste. Hotel amenities included a small hairdryer, soap, lotion, and shampoo. The towels were thick and thirsty, no skimping here. This is a good econo hotel for your stay, but it is an older hotel, and not updated. Hotel staff is friendly and good. Breakfast was included on Sat and Sun, although was put out around 9:00AM.
