Check in was easy, desk staff person was very helpful. Checkout again was very easy with very friendly desk person. The room was clean and comfortable. All in all, I was very satisfied, thank you.

Perfect for our Winterlude Festival weekend. A block and a bit from the canal for skating; a block and a bit the other way for lots of dining options. Residential area to the south, city hall and downtown to the north. Service wonderful. Staff wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable. Rooms, roomy, big and comfy.

"Service is disappointing"
Though I usually have no problems at HILTON hotels, this one was slightly disappointing. Though they have self parking a few days of our trip I decided to valet park as self parking was busy and it was raining. When calling receipt to pick up my car - there was no extension for valet - you get an automated service that puts you on hold. This happened […] to me each and every time and after no one picking up the phone, I went downstairs to get my car. There were three people at reception working, but no one able to pick up the phone? Loved the whole experience. It is my Grandsons' favourite hotel. They are four and eleven and loved the loction, the pool and especially the food. The rooms are not only elegant, but roomy with a great view.

The hotel itself is good but the surroundings are below expectations. Far from all interesting sights or restaurant. Only good if you plan on spending much of your time at the casino.

We were very disapointed that we couldn't get our room preferences. For the price we paid our bedroom, I would expect that the preferences would be respected. In addition, we had to wait an extra hour because the bedroom was not ready (we had arrived at 5PM). On top of that, we had found a wet saran paper on the bathroom floor, which was very discusting. AMAZING Hotel! Great food, very classy spot with great service. We got a room facing the river/lake so that we could enjoy the Canada Day fireworks and we were not disappointed. AMAZING view! The pool here is HUGE and so nice. The kids loved swimming inside and then going through the small tunnel to get outside. They even have that open in the winter! […] The kids LOVE swimming outside when it is snowing. Great rooms! The best bathrooms ever! Love the shower and that you can turn the speakers on in the bathroom. One of our favourite hotels!!!! believe it...on a rate of 1 to 10....I give this hotel an ......11..and a 83 years old, I have traveled a lot.

The hotel is gorgeous in every way. Our room was luxurious & had a beautiful view of the lake & the Ottawa skyline. Also loved the heated pool & surrounding landscaping. The staff was friendly & courteous. We had a wonderful time - if it were closer to our home, we would just book a room every once in a while as a treat to ourselves.

Dans l'ensemble, très bien comme hôtel, mais j'ai eu ma chambre à 16h20, pendant que le check in est à 16h et à la piscine, il n'y avait plus de serviette. Et quand j'ai donné le pourboire au chasseur, il l'a regardé (Le pourboire) comme si c'était pas assez, le pourboire était de 5.00$ pour amener mes valises, déjà je payais cher pour la nuit et en […] plus du 20.00$ pour le service de voiturier, je pense que 5.00$ c'était assez.. tout les services de spa sont inclus a l`exception du massage qui est disponible sur reservation. la vue sur le lac est formidable. le point faible est je n ai pu obtenir un credit d`environ 25% car j ai reserve avec Hotel.com Ce fut ma deuxieme sejour a cette hotel, meme service et qualite
