For the price and last minute reservation on Black Friday, I can't be too critical. Wi-Fi worked fairly well and AC was great. This hotel is a great value for the price. The only drawback is it is located near the airport and not near any shopping areas. However there is a free shuttle to the Duty Free Shops (DFS). Hotel shuttle did not pick me up, so had to pay $10 taxi to the hotel, but really MOTEL. Restaurant did not open the 2days I was there. Front desk said they only serve lunch and sometimes dinner. Sister hotel was 3blocks away with an open restaurant. Didnt see any other restaurants within walking distance, but Enterprise car rental has a large office […] on the ground floor of the motel. Large mini-grocery across the street, but be careful when crossing during the day. The road is pretty busy. Room was clean and showed signs of very slow remodelling attempts. There was an outside balcony with 2 chairs, but the sliding doors did not open. They appeared to be screwed down and disabled. Yes - they have wifi - in the lobby. Yes, they have repeaters through the hotel. But they do not work. It seems they just do not want to fix the repeaters and probably all they need to do is re-set them. I even offered to do it for them but no... definitely not a hotel for business travelers. It was clean.. except two cockroaches I met. The shuttle service was okay...even though they don't like it when I tried to use it in the late morning. The location was bad... you have to either rent a car or get a cab to get anywhere. And I found the cab is charging almost twice as much money than New York city. But the wifi was very good.

This hotel is close to the airport and a free shuttle will come pick you up. They also run a free shuttle to downtown, which is helpful because it's a bit too far to walk and taxis are expensive. For a 3 star hotel it was very nice. The AC worked fantastic, showers were warm and the bed comfortable. The frig kept my Diet Coke cold. When I called from the airport to confirm my room, they had cancelled my reservation! Even though I had pre-paid, they said they cancel reservations at 6pm if you don't check in by then. Days Inn is very close to everything... Airport, shopping areas ( Ross, GPO, K Mart) . It' s also several minutes away from Tumon / Hotel Road. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood too. The hotel staff are all nice and helpful especially Bryce. The room was big and clean all the time. Will stay here again.

The main issue with this hotel is the location. Unless you rent a car, you are a sitting duck due to the reliance on the Ramada Inn shuttle and the high taxi fares. Overall, the room was clean, but the housekeeping did not throw out the trash from the previous day. An okay hotel, but not highly recommneded

I stayed over just one night transiting from Chicago to Cairns. Free shuttle pickup from airport. Was low on diapers late at night. The driver drove to a shop passed the hotel and waited while I ran in to get some. Then while checking in they asked what I was going to do for dinner and food. Most places within walking distance were closed. One of the […] staff that had just finished offered to drive and pick something up for my daughter and I. I asked for some milk for my daughter. About 30 minutes later he delivered a carton of milk and some chips. Then the next day after a late check out another of the staff drove us to the airport in her own car earlier than our original schedule shuttle pick up time. Again just were friendly service. Room was large and clean with a both a microwave and frig. Free wireless as well. The hotel is located a little ways from the downtown area, which can be a little inconvenient. Thought they do offer a free shuttle on the hour to the downtown area from there you can catch public transport to the various places you need to go. Read more

The day I checked in, 23 May, (Room 307), the AC was off. Checked the desk and the maintenance man got it going. It got cold and the remote didn't work and I couldn't turn off the AC. Called the maintenance again and he said I needed batteries in the remote. On Tuesday, the AC went off again, still remote didn't work. Called maintenance and he said […] he would fix it. The maid was cleaning the room and she asked what was wrong with the AC. Again no control of the AC. Maintenance got it going and on Wed, 25 May, the AC went off. Maintenance did not return the remote so I had no control of the AC. The AC never came back on and I was due to check out on Thursday. Wanted to sleep, but was too hot so I checked out around 9PM and sat in the lobby where it was cool until the transportation arrived at 0230AM to take me to the terminal. I am very disappointed. When they found out the AC didn't work, why wasn't another room offered to me. The room cleanliness and other services were OK, but was unconfortable with the AC off and on. Read more

Good Points: Room available for early morning check-in. Generally clean premises. Value for money. Complimentary shuttle service from sister hotel Ramada to Duty Free Shop and back. Free wi-fi. Complimentary airport-hotel-airport shuttle. Good airconditioning. Friendly staff. Not so good No representative or sign at the airport arrival lobby for directions […] where to wait for the shuttle to hotel. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for pick-up by hotel shuttle. Wafer-thin pillows. Not so comfortable bed. Chairs with hard surface. No vending machines for drinks and snacks. No restaurant for breakfast and meals. No other commercial establishments nearby except for a Minimart one building away for basic necessities and grocery items. A hotel guest and I had bad experience with complimentary shuttle to/from DFS. The shuttles we signed up for to/from DFS never came and alternative arrangements had to be made for our transport but only after much discussion with the hotel. Read more

グアムは案外ホテルの部屋数が少ないのか年末年始は飛行機が取れてもホテルが取れず、１泊だけここに。レンタカーが無いとひたすらタクシーでしか移動できないところにある（最近移転したのでグーグルマップの場所と違いGPOからは結構離れてる）。 値段にしては部屋とホテル自体は快適で、コーヒーメーカーは無いけど電子レンジとインスタントコーヒーやティーバッグがあり、冷蔵庫も使える。シャワーブースと洗面所もきれい、部屋は比較的広い。真ん中が駐車場から吹き抜けなので静かではない。午前５時出発とかでもスタッフは対応してくれるし空港まで送ってくれた。ホテル前には小さなスーパーがあり、そこで買いだししてホテルで食べても良い（まわりには他に何もない） 特にレンタカーがあるなら、ここも普通に選択肢の一つでしょうけど、無い […] とタクシーで行ってサービスのシャトルで空港に行くしかないかな。 Read more

場所自体は海から離れており、車がなければビーチへ行くのにどうするかは検討がつきませんが、ホテルの部屋自体は清潔で、テレビのチャンネルもたくさんあり（特にアメリカのチャンネルがどこよりも多かったのがうれしかった）、悪くは無いと思います。 気になる点は３つだけありました。 部屋にお湯を沸かすポットがなかったこと、ランドリーはあるが壊れて使えなかったこと、シャワーのお湯がちょっと温度が低めだったことです。 これらはホテルがその気になれば直せますね。今後に期待です。

深夜便で到着の為、単なる睡眠場所として使用したが、スタッフの暖かいサービスがハード面を凌いでいた。①ベンディングマシーンが壊れていて、その旨をフロントに届けて飲み物買いたいと伝えると、スタッフ専用の冷蔵庫から自分用の飲み物を取りだしてきて、プレゼントしてくれた。こういうサービスは個人によるものが大きいし、「Days Inn」クラスのモーテルでも一般は期待できない。、チェックアウトの雰囲気を見ても、他のスタッフも丁寧に仕事をしていた。

主要缺点：1） 位置太偏，来关岛是想看海和去其他地方的，不是在这个类似快捷酒店里面呆着的。这个酒店离哪都远，而且没有bus通过。要走到对面的 某个小旅店 去做一个多小时一趟的bus，是在不方便。 2）没有餐厅，想吃个早餐或是吃点东西想都甭想。 除非自己租车。。。。。。但租车的费用比美国本土贵很多

エアコンがありインターネットアクセスと清潔なベッドと熱い勢いのあるシャワーがあれば満足する出張族です。今回はランドリーが故障していたためメインテナンスがある意図させていただきました。価格とスタッフの親切さからいつも利用させていただいております。 アメリカ人向けのホテルといったところです。ただ部屋によりうるさかったりインターネットのアクセスがよくなかったりするようです。 また、駐車場のスペースが足りないこともあります。 近くのサークルKまで歩いて行けるのでビールなどは入手できます。 基本的に満足しています。

空港にも近く、送迎無料。 中心街へもシャトルがあり、便利なホテルだと思います。 フリーＰＣは日本語入力がありませんが、利用フリーでしたのでＯＫと思います。 お部屋も問題なく利用でき、個人的にはコストパフォーマンスがよいと思います！ 周辺にお店がなく徒歩だと不安があるかもしれませんが昼間の時間を利用して用を済ませておけば大丈夫と思います。

　夜２時半にグアムに到着する為、空港から送迎無料と書いてあったので着いた日のホテル１泊として申し込みました。 　ただ　空港で迎えに来てもらえず　電話連絡して待つこと１時間まだ来ないので再度電話連絡してやっと来てもらえました。　結局 朝方 ４時半にチェックインすることとなり　子連れ旅行としては　さっさとタクシー使えば良かったと後悔しています。 　郊外のモーテルですが　部屋は広く清潔です。無料の水もありました。 　朝食は頼んでいませんでしたが少しばかりののドーナッツと珈琲のサービスがありました。 　DFSへの無料送迎は朝１０時から１時間おきにしてもらえますので使い勝手は良いと思われます 　　　　　　少しでも節約したいお金かけたくない人にのみ薦めます

到着が深夜便だったが、ホテルからシャトルが迎えに来てくれたので、この点は安心できました。ホテルというより完全なモーテルです。 朝食付だがレストランなんかは無く、大きな紙の中にケースに入ったドーナッツとコーヒーだけ。無料のインターネットは電波が非常に微弱で部屋での通信は諦めて、ロビーで使用した。 市内に出るシャトルは一日５本、ＤＦＳで待っていてもなかなか来ない。 フロントで細かいお金に交換してもらうにも、最低の小額紙幣が５ドル。 とにかく安く済まそうという考えの方にはいいいけど、二度と利用したくないホテルだ。
