Lovely hotel, nice staff, room well appointed and great buffet breakfast. Only thing that bothered me was that free wi-fi was only available at the restaurants in the hotel ad no free wi-fi in room.

This is my second time at the Hotel Mulia Senayan. The location is excellent for conducting business in the Senayan and South Jakarta region, and convenient for central Jakarta as well. Staff and hotel management are excellent. Rooms are nicely appointed and beautifully maintained. Staff is highly professional and very friendly.

The Mulia is a true 5 star Indonesian brand hotel in South Jakarta with an excellent selection of restaurants, very nice rooms and first class service. I always stay here when visiting Jakarta, but all of the above of course comes at a price.

The level of the rooms has seriously degraded recently. It used to be much better, now the rooms are worse and the prices have gone up. I won't come back to this hotel - there are much better hotels around town.

The service at the hotel really is first class as it the Chinese restaurant, which is probably the does best Chinese buffet I've had anywhere. The spa is very good and reasonably priced compared to many 5 star hotels and the pool is very nice. My only complaint is that they will not give you a late check out after 12:00 regardless of how long or often you've stayed there etc. After spending over US$2,000 at the hotel I thought that a request for a 2 hour extension was quite reasonable, but they weren't interested. Saying that this is still one of the best hotels in Jakarta and something of an institution. I will be staying there again.

My partner and I stayed for two nights at The Mulia to celebrate her Birthday.i chose this hotel as I believed it was the best hotel in Jakarta. I know know that not to be the case. First of all please retrain your restaurant staff, no sooner had we sat down at their Japanese restaurant for a romantic dinner to celebrate , when the waitress demanded we either buy a bottle of wine or sake . After informing her that neither of us drank alcohol she laughed and continued to ask us, it was quite uncomfortable. Then after she left another waiter came over and started to ask us again to order alcohol . We had to ask to change rooms as the room we had at the front of the building was far too noisy to sleep , and yes everything is dated in the room , the televisions are old , at least they no longer charge for wifi , but it is a very uncomfortable feeling at this hotel where at breakfast the staff are in a hurry to get you finished with even though it wasn't overly busy. The gym is poor by 5 star hotel standards considering that we share it with " members" . Systems need to be put in place as far as taxis are concerned and restaurant staff need to be trained to reach the standard of other hotels in Jakarta .

As a very regular hotel guest in Jakarta I always wanted to try out the Hotel Mulia. It was a big disappointment. The moment I arrived at the counter, I was confronted with a hard sell to extract additional money from me as the hotel stay was prepaid. Heavy handed and in-your-face security is evident throughout the hotel. Nothing discreet about it! It actually made me feel less secure as I wondered what necessitated all these people dressed in black. This became apparent when I was prevented from taking a beverage to my room from the hotel cafe.by one of them. The business center was very expensive and used "unauthenticated software" and expired anti virus software. Overall a rather pretentious and very expensive hotel lacking the charm and graciousness of many other hotels in Jakarta. This was my first and my last visit!

I stayed in this hotel alone for business. What I love the most about this hotel is that the security excellency, I felt very safe in the hotel. I was also very impressed with the police men (I think they are hired by the hotel itself) outside the hotel who were so helpful in giving direction and even stopped the traffic just for me to cross over to the other side of the road (there was no zebra crossing). Besides that, the hotel staffs are extremely helpful, friendly and well versed in English. I was very happy with my stay in this hotel and I would highly recommend anyone who plans to have a business trip to Jakarta to stay in the Mulia Hotel!

Clean, cozy, luxury, great for kids, the swimming pool is great..my kids loved it much! The breakfast is so-so..actually there are so many kind of food, but the taste are so-so. Overall, its recommended to stay there especially in staying with kids.

I love this hotel, beautiful, clean, very friendly stuff, the problem in Jakarta with traffic it would be nice if the hotel have a ATM , so I don' t need to find it out side the hotel. Time so precious if you in business , the first day you need is the money in local currency , because you have to give a tip for everything, just like America. The WiFi is not free , I have to pay $14 ++ per day, but the WiFi is slow .... Very slow....,I'm finding difficult if I don't have WiFi or internet. I was hiring a car, but still have to pay for car park when the hotel have some function .

Breakfast was excellent for its spread and variety from typical English, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian. It was simply excellent. Very conveniently located to mega shopping Malls which are only 10 mins walk. So dont need to experience the usual Jakarta traffic. Staff very polite and will go out of the way to assist. Convenient access to Jakarta airport max 1 hour. All in all a fantastic hotel to stay.

I have stayed in Jakarta in numerous 5 star hotels, in my opinion the Mulia is the best for a number of reasons, firstly the security is extremely good, secondly, the business centre staff are very helpful and the computer booths are very private which is very important in the industry I am in (defence). The rooms are very spacious and always extremely clean, the room service is excellent, all in all the Mulia is exactly what you need for a business trip in Indonesia.

A nice hotel in business district of Jakarta . Staff are very polite and friendly . Rooms are big and clean . Relatively well maintained five star hotel of a few years ago .TV in the room is from ten years ago and inconsistent with five star standard . Internet is free only in the lobby near restaurants . I experienced 3 episodes of Internet interruptions lasting each a couple of hours during my 5 day stay . Breakfast is predominately for the taste of local tourists I guess : mostly sea foods and Sushi bar everyday ! This hotel like all five star hotels in Jakarta is under heavy security with metal detector at the entrance and many security officers in lobby .

My one night stay was very comfortable, staff were very courteous..... My only issue was that there was a long queue for the Buffet breakfast... the spread was not fantastic... Also no Premier League games telecast in the hotel room... else, it was a good experience....

호텔에서 마주치는 모든 직원들은 정중하고 친절했으며 영어 의사소통에 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 새벽에 룸서비스를 시켰는데 기대 이상이었고 가격도 매우 합리적이었어요. 트윈룸이었는데도 불구하고 배스가운이나 슬리퍼가 한 벌만 준비되어 있는 것은 이해가 되지 않았으나, 늦은 시간에 컨시어지에 전화하여 추가요청을 했음에도 지체없이 가져다 주어서 불만이 없었습니다. 다만 호텔 담장 밖 주변이 매우 어수선하고 근처에 편의점 하나 찾을 수 없었던건 아쉬웠습니다. 공항은 멀지 않아서 위치적으로 불만스럽지 않았습니다. 하루 밖에 묵지 않았기때문에 더 말할 것은 없으나 지금까지 이용한 호텔중에서는 최고로 마음에 드네요

Det är svårt att skriva något negativt om det här hotellet. Det är väldigt fint på insidan och det saknas inte något. Hotellet utstrålar hög status och attraherar en del folk som uppskattar detta. Säkerhetskontrollen vid ingången är antagligen bra att ha, men känns inte direkt som man är välkomna. Personalen i lobbyn tyckte jag inte så mycket om. Restauranger och rumservice var dock lika vänlig som förväntar i Indonesien.

いつもはプルマンセントラルを利用していますが、少し飽きたので現地の人の紹介で利用しました。部屋はきれいですが、部屋が寒いのとネットは有料(確か:1400円くらい/1日)なのがイマイチ。ホテル内にレストランがいくつもありますが、結構お値段が高いです。でも、スタッフの方々はとても親切ですのでまた利用したいです。

Saya menginap di sini dalam rangka menonton pertandingan liverpool vs indonesia. Pelayanan hotel mulia sangan tidak memuaskan contohnya saat melaporkan kehilangan barang di lobby tidak di kabarin ketemu atau tidak. Dan yang paling mengganggu adalah pengalaman saat saya duduk di ruang tunggu gym saya di Tanya ada kepentingan apa duduk di situ dan di suruh menunjukkan kartu tanda tamu hotel. saya tunjukkan kartu dan mengatakan saya mau gym.security hotel tersebut langsung mengatakan kalau mau gym ke dalam ruangan gym saja kalau tidak silahkan keluar dengan nada keras dan tidak sopan. Padahal ruang tunggu itu adalah public area buat tamu hotel. Saya Malah di suruh ke lobby saja. Saya tetap tidak mau beranjak tidak mau pergi karena hak saya sebagai tamu untuk menikmati fasilitas hotel. Security staf tersebut pergi dan kembali lagi bersama teman teman nya sekitar 4 atau 5 orang. Dan mengulangi apa yang di katakan security yang pertama dengan sangan tidak bersahabat.dan akhirnya saya marah dan menyebut hak saya sebagai tamu untuk di fasilitas hotel yang terbuka untuk umum. Mereka akhirnya pergi. Dan pada kesempatan lain ketemu security tersebut salah sati dari mereka Malah di sindir dengan kata2 yang tidak Pantas di ucapkan seorang staff hotel.

desde que llegue, la atencion del personal del turno de la noche, indiferente al viajero que llega x la madrugada cansado y sin ganas de discutir.la habitacion vieja y un poco descuidada.

入口の厳重さからはじまり、終始、高級感に圧倒されます。お部屋も広いです。バーなど付帯しているサービスも質が高く、安心して泊まれると思います。付近にセナヤンシティ・セナヤンプラザというところがあるのですが、高級ブランドやおいしいお食事処がたくさん入っていて、これまたおすすめです。

既に何度も利用しています。 欠点は、チェックイン時に、コネクティングルームでないことを伝えないと、そちらの部屋を選択されることです。コネクティングルームはドア1枚で仕切られており、隣の音が筒抜けのため、全く寛げない環境です。予約時に選択できるシステムに改善するべきです(サービスを4にしたのはこのためです)。今回もチェックインの際にその旨を伝えたため、快適な宿泊が出来ました。 朝食は非常に充実しており、このホテルの楽しみの一つです。週末はラウンジで生演奏を聴きながら寛げます。非常に上手いバンドに当たった時は得した気分になります。スタッフのサービスも気に入っています。
