It's a great place to stay with alot to offer for everyone! I booked a two bedroom online for a great deal during spring break and very glad I did. Kids played mini golf, played volleyball, visited all five pools and waterside. The one downfall that almost ruined it for us was the extremely hard as a rock beds! I ended up on the couch every night, husband […] woke up sore and kids slept on floor because it was softer! If I ever come back I will most definitely call and ask if all the rooms are that way. Check in was a nightmare. It took forever. The front desk people showed no sense of urgency to quickly take care of the long line of customers. Check in is from 4-6PM. We arrived at 4:30. I went with my family and it was perfect. We don't have kids but I think this hotel will be great for family with kids. It was during Easter and they had some activities to enjoy with kids. The room was amazing, huge, with a beautiful view, but they don't clean it everyday day. If you are planning to go with your family it has everything for your convenience. Pretty close to disney downtown. They have shuttles for all the theme-parks, but it's better to rent a car.

Six or seven buildings circles a pond and presents a very nice setting and is well situated within DisneyWorld property, close to EPCOT and Downtown Disney. Overall, the hotel was great. I was only disappointed in the bus schedule they have. Understood that it is complementary, and I guess you get what you pay for. However, they weren't as convenient as they should have been with the return schedules for the marathon weekend. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but did not experience any of the negative things others posted. Just came back from a trip with a family of 6 including 3 adults and 3 kids under 5. We could have just stayed on the resort grounds and the kids would have had a great time. A lot for them to do. We stayed in the time share and not the hotel but the service was very good everything delivered quickly and everyone was very pleasant. No heavy sales pitches. Shuttle (it’s a bus) was convenient although sometimes full. But people are always nice and my wife and kids always head a seat. Even with the 6 month old baby everything went smoothly. We did not get a car so relied a lot on the Resort restaurants. Got some basics in the resort shop (bread, milk etc) but the rest was take out. The hotel is actually a time-share resort, so while the rooms were more expensive, you do have a full kitchen which you would not have in a regular hotel. However, the regular time share owners get the best rooms overlooking the pools and grounds. Outside guests get gloomy views of the the parking lot. We were there over the Christmas holidays, and the hotel was full, so finding a parking spot near your building was always a hassle. The rooms were well appointed with good quality furniture, but the mattress quality did not match the rest of the furniture. Although there were a few maintenace issues - broken lamp, malfunctuioning a/c, broken toilet - these items were promptly taken care of. Room was comfortable and clean. Somewhat disorganized as far as check in. Transportation to and from parks made visiting parks convenient. We would stay here again.

Great hotel but the time shre sales people called night and day starting at 7am to visit. We scheduled a meeting just to hear the details and receive our 150 dollars but they still called daily. We chose to skip the apt. You could also never get anyone at the front deskto answer the phone.

We stayed in a 2-BR suite in tower 5. We mainly wanted a spacious, reasonably-priced place to stay to visit the Magic Kingdom and Epcot. It fit that bill. Pros: Good deal during a busy Disney season. Suite was spacious and relatively clean. The kitchen had enough basic supplies. The washer and dryer were nice size. We played mini-golf on the 18 hole […] course for free. We also went to the game room for a few minutes and played, but the games were overpriced, some costing $1/game. The walk around the lake is beautiful. Cons: The TV in the master bedroom was a different brand than in the other two and the remote only turned it on, off, volume up and down and channel up and down. Some channels weren't programmed in, so you couldn't watch every channel. While it had HD channels, the reception was awful, which meant it was more painful to watch than just turn off. The hotel has wi-fi internet. We took our iphones, kindle fires and laptops. We were unable to ever get the wi-fi to work on our relatively new Windows based laptop. Reception was spotty when using the kindle fire and you had to keep refreshing pages to ever get anything. It was frustrating to say the least. I didn't want to do major web surfing, just look a few things up and send a few emails from my laptop with a keyboard. Because of the awful internet reception, I will not consider staying at this resort again. Read more

Put family with 2 small children on 2nd floor above pool bar with karaoke and loud noise until late at night..kids couldn't sleep. Rooms were clean and comfortable. […] Well furnished kitchen. Positives: The resort grounds were absolutely beautiful. Each tower had a little something different (one had a pool and lazy river, another had a pool and water slide, yet another had a pool and water pad). All of which were quiet and very relaxing. The condo size was good, in great condition, very nicely decorated and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and not pushy. Negatives: The disappointing things, were really not horrible, but more so small annoyances. The sheets did not fit our bed. They were constantly coming off while we slept and we'd wake up lying on the mattress. Our room was not ready at the 4pm check in time. We had to wait an additional 40 minutes (normally not a big deal, but I was traveling with a very anxious 3 year old and a tired 7 month old baby). When we finally got our room, the pack in play was not ther as we had requested. It took 3 requests to get it (around 7:30 at night). The garbage chute in the hallway really smelled badly. Thankfully, the smell was not in our room, but you could smell is in the hall. The buses always seemed to be full. Several times people were standing. Perhaps they could hav added a few extra pick up times to accommodate the amount of people. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Read more

We went a trip with some friends & planned on booking a hotel where both of our families could comfortably stay together. We booked a 2 bedroom, condo style unit. Having a kitchen & laundry facilities w/ children was great! We typically stay at Disney resorts but a similar resort to what we had at Wyndham Bonnet Creek was double the price. While this […] resort is on Disney property, the buses are not what we are used to with Disney (typically run every 15 min. all day). B.C. buses were at best every 30 minutes around open close times but we like to go back to the resort to have a break. Buses sometimes only run every 2 hours, depending on the park, to & from Bonnet Creek during the afternoons. Best to get a rental car. Our room was in okay shape & was missing quite a few items that should have come with the room (rug sweeper, cleaning supplies - these items are a must since rooms are not cleaned daily.) We had to call in for maintenance a few times (lights in our unit were not working - something was wrong with the circuitry), internet never worked (despite calling it in), & there was a little more wear & tear on the furniture and walls than I prefer. The hotel is undergoing renovation at their main pool, which is next to the lazy river & kids splash park. Additionally, we would have appreciated a free airport shuttle. Lots on site to do, great pools, and family friendly. If you are looking for a resort that provides you ease of access to Disney parks, stay on a Disney Resort. Read more

The first room we got was on the first floor (very noisy) and supposedly was non smoking but it had an awful smell of cigarette so we asked for another room which was better in the 13th floor. The upholstery on the sofa was old and worn out. Staff was kind and friendly. When we arrived our room was ready (thats a plus). The room was very clean and nice as well as the property upkeep. Thats where it ended. The room was never cleaned during our entire stay! (7 nights) no clean towels etc. They called us every day - sometimes 2 or 3 times a day and tried every trick to get us to go to the hour long timeshare meeting - […] no thanks! We had to wash our own towels with the washing machine that sounded like it was going to go through the floor. It was very crowded and loud. The one little store closed early so it was impossible to get anything after a day at the parks. The one tiny restaurant (cantina) was always crowded - but good food! The transportation was a pain - you are on their schedule and the buuses are way over crowded -sometimes you wont even fit - you will have to wait for the next one. Very relaxing and the cleanliness of the resort was top notch. Plenty of options to choose from with respect to dining, activities and enjoying the pool. The only negative was the "time share" pitch. The purpose of my trip was to relax and enjoy my vacation. I was not there to purchase a time share. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time.

The hotel is practically brand new, and therfore almost everything is in good condition, but there is no upkeep of the rooms, furniture, cleaning or change of linnins or towles, we were supposed to wash the towles keep the rooms clean, make the beds and on and on, which made for extra chores in addition to trying to have fun away from our chores. Overall we had a great time but we did have a few problems at the start. When we arrived we requested a room change as we preferred to have a better view than the car park. We were told that a new room wouldn' t be available until 4pm - we were ok with this and headed off to the pools. Unfortunately no one called the contact number we gave reception […] and we only found out our room was ready when we chased it up around 5pm. We headed up to the room to find it was still being cleaned, even though we had been told it was ready. The cleaner did their best to get the room ready as soon as possible. Once we got settled in to our room we had a great time. The pools and other activities on offer were very good. these can't be faulted. The only other comment I would make is that when we call reception to report a couple of minor issues that needed fixing, the response from the staff could have been more friendly. The problems were however fixed in a timely manor, except the smell in the corridor which remained for a number of days. Read more

we enjoyed all of the recreation areas, pools, bars, cafe's etc. All of the folks who worked there including the cleaning and outside area folks were very accomadating and friendly. Never had to walk far plenty of golf cart transportation when needed.
